Abstract

Claims (10)
- 白金の層(18)により、対象物(10)の表面(54)を少なくとも部分的に被覆するための方法(50)であって、
白金前駆体物質を対象物表面に塗布すること(52)、
白金を含む残留物が表面上に残存するように、対象物表面から白金前駆体物質を蒸発させること(56)、
残留物が蒸発し白金を含む層として対象物表面上に再析出するように、対象物を加熱すること(60)からなる前記方法。 - 白金前駆体物質を塗布すること(52)は、白金有機金属化合物を対象物表面(54)に塗布することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法(50)。
- 白金有機金属化合物を対象物表面に塗布すること(52)は、白金アセチルアセトネートを対象物表面(54)に塗布することからなる請求項2に記載の方法(50)。
- 白金前駆体物質を塗布すること(52)は、溶媒中に白金前駆体物質を溶解し、溶媒と白金前駆体物質の混合物を表面(54)に塗布することをさらに含み、対象物表面から白金前駆体物質を蒸発させることは、白金を含む残留物を表面上に残存させるように溶媒と白金前駆体物質の混合物を蒸発させることをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法(50)。
- 溶媒中に白金前駆体物質を溶解することは、水、アルコール、MEK、ケトン、エステル、エーテル、および液体炭化水素の少なくとも1つに白金前駆体物質を溶解することをさらに含む請求項4に記載の方法(50)。
