Abstract
【解決手段】ローラポンプ1は、弾性チューブの配置を内周面において規制すると共にポンプブロックカバー5と2つのスライダリング6及び7を介して連結されるポンプスライド4、ポンプスライド4の開閉状態を操作するポンプブロックカバー5、第二スライダリンク7と接する略円弧形状の接面を有すると共に、一端部がポンプスライド4に支持ピンを用いて回転可能に連結され、他端部がポンプブロックカバー5に支持ピンを用いて回転可能に連結される第一スライダリンク6、基盤に形成されている固定部に支持ピン8を介して回転可能に連結されると共に、第一スライダリンク6に接する円弧形状の接面を有する第二スライダリンク7等を備える。

Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るローラポンプを用いる透析装置を示す斜視図である。
尚、本実施の形態に係るローラポンプ1は、弾性チューブが摺接する壁面を有するポンプスライド4が平行移動するため、弾性チューブを着脱を容易化すると共に、弾性チューブの装着時には意図しないポンプスライド4の開状態への移動を抑止するスライダリング6及び7の構造を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 弾性チューブを、基盤上に設けられたローラ回転装置のローラを用いて押圧閉塞して当該弾性チューブ内の液体を液送するローラポンプであって、
前記弾性チューブの配置を規制し、前記ローラの方向へ移動可能なスライド部と、
前記スライド部の前記弾性チューブを脱着する開状態又は前記弾性チューブが装着された閉状態を操作する操作部と、
前記スライド部が前記閉状態の場合には、前記操作部を介さない前記スライド部材の前記開状態への移動を抑止する抑止部とを備える
ことを特徴とするローラポンプ。 - 前記抑止部は、略円弧形状の接面を有する前記第一リンク部材及び前記第二リンク部材から構成され、
前記第一リンク部材は、一端部が前記スライド部に回転可能に連結され、他端部が前記第二リンク部材に回転可能に連結され、前記第二リンク部材は、一端部が前記第一リンク部材に回転可能に連結され、他端部が前記基盤に形成された固定部に回転可能に連結され、
前記スライド部が前記開状態から前記閉状態になる場合に、前記第一リンク部材及び前記第二リンク部材の接点が前記第二リンク部材の死点を越える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記操作部による操作は、前記第一リンク部材及び前記第二リンク部材の回転運動を誘導する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記操作部が、前記第一リンク部材と前記第二リンク部材との連結部位を回転させ、且つ変位させることで前記スライド部を前記閉状態から前記開状態に移行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記スライド部は、前記操作部の操作に伴い平行移動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記ローラ回転装置は、前記ローラを所定角度で少なくとも3つ以上備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記ローラポンプは、さらに、
前記閉状態における前記スライド部の内周面と前記ローラとの間隔を変更する間隔変更手段を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のローラポンプ。 - 前記請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載のローラポンプを備えることを特徴とする血液透析装置。
