Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による燃料電池システムは、加圧して液化した燃料を貯蔵する燃料容器、熱エネルギーによる触媒反応を通じて前記燃料から水素を発生させる改質器、前記水素と酸素との電気化学反応エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換させて電気を生産する電気発生部、前記電気発生部で生成される水を凝縮する凝縮器、及び前記凝縮器を経由し、前記燃料の潜熱により前記凝縮器を冷却する熱交換器を含むことを特徴とするため、別の冷却装置を用いることなく、燃料容器の潜熱により冷却された冷却水を用いて凝縮器を冷却することができる。また、別の動力装置を付加することなく、ブタン燃料に空気を混合することにより、全体的によりコンパクトで、かつ高効率の燃料電池の具現が可能である。

Claims (11)
- 加圧して液化した燃料を貯蔵する燃料容器、
熱エネルギーによる触媒反応を通じて前記燃料から水素を発生させる改質器、
前記水素と酸素との電気化学反応エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換させて電気を生産する電気発生部、
前記電気発生部で生成される水を凝縮する凝縮器、及び
前記凝縮器を経由し、前記燃料の潜熱により前記凝縮器を冷却する熱交換器を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料電池システムは、前記燃料容器と接して設け、冷却水を貯蔵する冷却水容器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記冷却水容器の外側には、絶縁材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記冷却水容器と前記熱交換器は、互いに流体連通可能に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記冷却水が流動することができる導管を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記凝縮器の少なくとも一方に接して提供されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記改質器には、前記燃料がベンチュリ管を通過することにより生じる負圧の駆動力により空気が供給されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料は、気相の炭化水素系物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料は、ブタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料容器は、移動式ブタン燃料容器を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池システムは、高分子電解質型燃料電池システムであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。
