Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の有機EL表示装置は、絶縁基板SUBと、基板SUB上に配置された導体パターンDEと、導体パターンDEの一部を被覆すると共に導体パターンDEの他の一部に対応した位置に貫通孔が設けられ、透明膜TMとこの中で分散した複数の透明粒子PTCとを含んだ光散乱層LCと、貫通孔の側壁を被覆したオーバーコート層OCと、光散乱層LC上に配置され、貫通孔を介して導体パターンDEに接続された電極PEと、電極PEと向き合った電極CEと、電極PE及びCE間に介在した発光層ORGとを含んだ有機EL素子OLEDとを具備する。

Claims (4)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に配置された導体パターンと、
前記導体パターンの一部を被覆すると共に前記導体パターンの他の一部に対応した位置に貫通孔が設けられ、透明膜とこの中で分散した複数の透明粒子とを含んだ光散乱層と、
前記貫通孔の側壁を被覆したオーバーコート層と、
前記光散乱層上に配置され、前記貫通孔を介して前記導体パターンに接続された第1電極と、前記第1電極と向き合った第2電極と、前記第1及び第2電極間に介在した発光層とを含んだ有機EL素子とを具備したことを特徴とする有機EL表示装置。 - 前記オーバーコート層は樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記光散乱層と前記第2電極との間に介在したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板上に配置された導体パターンと、
前記導体パターンの一部を被覆すると共に前記導体パターンの他の一部に対応した位置に貫通孔が設けられ、透明膜とこの中で分散した複数の透明粒子とを含んだ光散乱層と、
前記貫通孔の側壁を被覆したオーバーコート層と、
前記光散乱層上に配置され、前記貫通孔を介して前記導体パターンに接続された電極とを具備したことを特徴とするアレイ基板。
