Abstract
【解決手段】一方の電極端子を兼ねる有底円筒状の電池ケース2、5と、他方の電極端子を兼ねる電池ケース2、5の開口部を閉塞する封口板3と、を有する電池B1、B2を複数個直列に接続する単電池間の接続構造であって、一方の電池B1の電池ケース2の底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リング1aが導電可能に接合され、他方の電池B2の封口板3上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リング1bが導電可能に接合され、第1金属製リング1aと第2金属製リング1bとが嵌合されたこと特徴とする単電池間の接続構造とする。

Description
一方の電池の電池ケース底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、他方の電池の封口板上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、
前記第1金属製リングと前記第2金属製リングとが嵌合されたこと特徴とする単電池間の接続構造である。

前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングのうち、一方のリングの円筒部外側面及び他方のリングの円筒部内側面にねじ溝が刻まれ、前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングが螺嵌されたことを特徴とする単電池間の接続構造でもある。
他方の電極端子を兼ねる前記電池ケースの開口部を閉塞する封口板の上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合し、
前記電池ケース内に、電極、セパレータ、電解液を含む発電要素を装填し、前記電極を前記電池ケース及び前記封口板に電気的に接続し、前記電池ケースの開口部を前記封口板により閉塞すること特徴とする単電池の製造方法である。

Claims (11)
- 一方の電極端子を兼ねる有底円筒状の電池ケースと、他方の電極端子を兼ねる前記電池ケースの開口部を閉塞する封口板と、を有する電池を複数個直列に接続する単電池間の接続構造であって、
一方の電池の電池ケース底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、他方の電池の封口板上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、
前記第1金属製リングと前記第2金属製リングとが嵌合されたこと特徴とする単電池間の接続構造。 - 一方の電極端子を兼ねる有底円筒状の電池ケースと、他方の電極端子を兼ねる前記電池ケースの開口部を閉塞する封口板と、を有する電池を複数個直列に接続する単電池間の接続構造であって、
一方の電池の電池ケース底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、他方の電池の封口板上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、
前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングのうち、一方のリングの円筒部外側面及び他方のリングの円筒部内側面にねじ溝が刻まれ、前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングが螺嵌されたことを特徴とする単電池間の接続構造。 - 前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングの少なくとも一方のフランジの接合面に、リング内部が大気に連通可能な連通溝を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 前記第1金属製リングと前記第2金属製リングとが溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 前記溶接がレーザー溶接であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 前記第1金属製リングのフランジと前記第2金属製リングのフランジとの距離が3mm以上であり、連結された単電池間を2点以上で固定可能で、空気の流通ができる絶縁性樹脂固定枠を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 単電池を接続した状態で、前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングの一部あるいは全部が外部に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 一方の電極端子を兼ねる有底円筒状の電池ケースと他方の電極端子を兼ねる前記電池ケースの開口部を閉塞する封口板とを有する電池を複数個直列に接続する電池間接続構造において、
一方の電池の電池ケース底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、他方の電池の封口板上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合され、
前記第1及び前記第2金属製リングには、それぞれ、中心にねじ孔を備えた第1及び第2金属製連結具が嵌合又は螺嵌され、前記第1及び前記第2連結具を連結する金属製連結板がねじにより導電可能に接続されたことを特徴とする単電池間の接続構造。 - 前記第1金属製リングと前記第2金属製リングとは、金属箔を介して、嵌合または螺嵌されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、8のいずれかに記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 前記金属箔材料は、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)もしくはそれらを主材料とする合金であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の単電池間の接続構造。
- 一方の電極端子を兼ねる有底円筒状の電池ケースの底部にフランジを有する第1金属製リングが導電可能に接合し、及び/又は、
他方の電極端子を兼ねる前記電池ケースの開口部を閉塞する封口板の上部にフランジを有する第2金属製リングが導電可能に接合し、
前記電池ケース内に、電極、セパレータ、電解液を含む発電要素を装填し、前記電極を前記電池ケース及び前記封口板に電気的に接続し、前記電池ケースの開口部を前記封口板により閉塞すること特徴とする単電池の製造方法。
