Abstract
【解決手段】ランセット排出機構(41)を備え、解放要素(61)が活動位置にあるときには、ランセット排出機構(41)の作動ボタンが作動されると使用済みのランセット(3)がハウジング(8)から除去されるようにランセット排出機構(41)が活動状態にあり、解放要素(61)が待機位置にあるときには、作動ボタンが作動されてもランセットの排出が起こらないようにランセット排出機構(41)が非活動状態にあり、ハウジング(8)の穿刺方向にある、穿刺開口部(11)を備えた前端が、使用済みランセットを除去するために取り外しできるキャップ(7)によって形成されており、キャップ(7)が取り付けられているときには、解放要素(61)が待機位置にあるようにキャップ(7)が解放要素(61)と相互作用しており、キャップ(7)が取り外されると、解放要素(61)が活動位置に切り替わることを特徴とする、システム。

Description
-第1に、駆動バネに張力をかけることによって、穿刺デバイスを穿刺可能な状態にもっていかなければならない。これは、「作動準備段階(cocking phase)」と呼ばれる。
-作動準備段階では、作動準備機構の作動要素の動作が入力側結合機構によって駆動バネへと伝達されて、バネに張力がかかる。

- ランセット(3)のチップのための出口開口部(11)を備えたハウジング(8)であって、前記ランセット(3)が前記ハウジング(8)内で所定の穿刺経路に沿って移動可能であるようなハウジング(8)と、
駆動バネ(16)および作動準備機構(13)を有するランセット駆動部(9)と
を備えてなり、
前記作動準備機構(13)が作動要素(14)を備え、前記作動要素(14)が入力側結合機構(29)によって前記駆動バネ(16)に結合されていることで、前記ランセット駆動部(9)の動作の作動準備段階で前記作動要素(14)が動いたときに前記駆動バネ(16)に張力がかかるようになっており、
前記駆動バネ(16)が出力側結合機構(30)によって前記ランセット(3)に結合されていることで、前記ランセット(3)が、前記ランセット駆動部(9)の動作の駆動段階で、前記駆動バネの緩む動作によって駆動され、前記所定の穿刺経路に沿って穿刺方向(10)に高速で移動して、前記ランセットのチップ(6)が前記出口開口部(11)から出ることにより傷を創るようになっている、診断の目的で血液を採取する採血システムであって、
待機位置と活動位置との間で切り替えることができるように前記ハウジング(8)内に支持された解放要素(61)を有する、ランセット排出機構(41)を備え、前記解放要素(61)が活動位置にあるときには、前記ランセット排出機構(41)の作動ボタンが作動されると使用済みのランセット(3)が前記ハウジング(8)から除去されるように前記ランセット排出機構(41)が活動状態にあり、前記解放要素(61)が待機位置にあるときには、前記作動ボタンが作動されてもランセットの排出が起こらないように前記ランセット排出機構(41)が非活動状態にあり、
ハウジング(8)の穿刺方向にある、穿刺開口部(11)を備えた前端が、使用済みランセットを除去するために取り外しできるキャップ(7)によって形成されており、
前記キャップ(7)が取り付けられているときには、前記解放要素(61)が待機位置にあるように前記キャップ(7)が前記解放要素(61)と相互作用しており、
前記キャップ(7)が取り外されると、前記解放要素(61)が活動位置に切り替わることを特徴とする、前記システム。 - 前記解放要素(61)が、前記作動ボタンとランセット(3)との間の力伝達連鎖(70)の一部分であり、前記力伝達連鎖(70)が前記ランセットの排出に必要なものであり、
前記解放要素(61)が前記作動ボタンと同一方向に位置をずらすことができ、
前記解放要素(61)が待機位置にあるときには前記力伝達連鎖(70)が遮断されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の採血システム。 - 前記ランセット駆動部(9)の前記作動準備機構(13)の作動要素(14)が、また、前記ランセット排出機構(41)の作動ボタンでもあることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の採血システム。
