Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの発熱体5が装着されたフレーム4を有する発熱部2と、発熱体5を自動車のバッテリに電気的に接続するコネクタ部3とを備える、自動車の空調機を通過する空気流を加熱する電気ラジエータ1において、コネクタ部3に、発熱部2と連結される第1のインターフェース30と、自動車のバッテリと電気的に接続される第2のインターフェース17を設ける。

Description
−保持手段を介して、前記コネクタ部を前記フレームに固定する工程と、
−前記コネクタ部における導体ピンの少なくとも1つを、前記発熱体と、動かないように連結する工程とを含む方法を提供する。
−フレーム4に取り付けられている発熱体5を給電側コネクタ42と電気的に接続する。
−第2のインターフェース17を介して、自動車メーカーごとに固有の形状をもつ給電側コネクタ42に対応することができる。
−保持手段であるスタッド34a,34bを孔35,36に嵌め込んで、コネクタ部3をフレーム4に固定する。
−発熱体5の少なくとも1つと、コネクタ部3における導体ピン29a〜29eの少なくとも1つを動かないように連結して、両者の電気的接続を確実なものにする。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの発熱体(5)が装着されたフレーム(4)を有する発熱部(2)と、前記発熱体(5)を自動車のバッテリに電気的に接続するコネクタ部(3)とを備える、自動車の空調機を通過する空気流を加熱する電気ラジエータ(1)であって、前記コネクタ部(3)は、前記発熱部(2)と連結される第1のインターフェース(30)と、自動車のバッテリと電気的に接続される第2のインターフェース(17)とを有することを特徴とする電気ラジエータ。
- 前記コネクタ部(3)は、一方の側で前記発熱体(5)と連結され、他方の側で自動車のバッテリと電気的に接続される少なくとも2つの導体ピン(29a)〜(29e)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 前記発熱体(5)は、2つの電極(21)(22)を具備し、この電極(21)(22)には、少なくとも1つの正の温度係数をもつ電気抵抗(28)に接着材を介して接合された2つのヒートシンク(27)が装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 前記導体ピン(29a)〜(29e)の少なくとも1つは、前記発熱体(5)の2つの電極(21)(22)の少なくとも一方と、動かないように連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 前記第2のインターフェース(17)は、自動車のバッテリと電気配線を介して接続されている給電側コネクタ(42)に、動かないように連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 前記第1のインターフェース(30)は、前記フレーム(4)を固定するための少なくとも1つの保持手段(34a)(34b)(35)(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 前記フレーム(4)は、前記第1のインターフェース(30)を収容するアダプタ(15)を具備し、第1のインターフェース(30)と前記発熱部(2)は、規格化され、前記第2のインターフェース(17)は、前記給電側コネクタ(42)の形状と適合しうるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電気ラジエータ。
- 少なくとも1つの発熱体(5)が装着されたフレーム(4)を有する発熱部(2)と、前記発熱体(5)を自動車のバッテリに電気的に接続するコネクタ部(3)とを備える、自動車の空調機を通過する空気流を加熱する電気ラジエータ(1)の組立て方法であって、
−保持手段(34a)(34b)(35)(36)を介して、前記発熱部(2)と連結されるインターフェースを、前記フレーム(4)に固定する工程と、
−前記コネクタ部(3)における導体ピン(29a)〜(29e)の少なくとも1つを、前記発熱体(5)と、動かないように連結する工程とを含む方法。
