Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に基づき、行程制御式噴射器の場合には3ポート2位置切換弁(4)の前置接続によって、圧力制御式噴射器の場合には3ポート2位置切換弁(4)とそれに続く2ポート2位置切換弁(6)の前置接続によって、燃料噴射開始時に少量の燃料を低い圧力で内燃機関の燃焼室に噴射し、燃料噴射率適合化を実現できる。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも圧力制御式燃料噴射弁(7)を備え、該燃料噴射弁(7)に2ポート2位置切換弁(6)が前置接続され、該2ポート2位置切換弁(6)が、加圧状態の燃料が存在するレール(3)を、圧力制御式燃料噴射弁(7)に接続ないし断絶する内燃機関の燃料噴射装置において、
2ポート2位置切換弁(6)に3ポート2位置切換弁(4)が流体流れ方向において前置接続され、該3ポート2位置切換弁(4)が、その第1切換位置(4.1)でレール(3)を2ポート2位置切換弁(6)に接続し、第2切換位置(4.2)で2ポート2位置切換弁(6)を減圧制御配管(10.2)に接続することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 圧力制御式燃料噴射弁(7)がノズルニードル弁(7.2)を有し、該ノズルニードル弁(7.2)が少なくとも1個のばね要素(7.1)を経て閉鎖位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 減圧制御配管(10.2)に少なくとも1個の圧力保持弁(8.1)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 減圧制御配管(10.2)に可調整絞り(8.2)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも行程制御式燃料噴射弁(9)および加圧状態の燃料が存在するレール(3)から成る内燃機関の燃料噴射装置において、
燃料噴射弁(9)に3ポート2位置切換弁(4)が前置接続され、該切換弁(4)が、第1切換位置(4.1)でレール(3)を燃料噴射弁(9)に接続し、第2切換位置(4.2)で燃料噴射弁(9)を減圧制御配管(10.2)に接続することを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 行程制御式燃料噴射弁(9)がノズルニードル弁(9.4)を有し、該ノズルニードル弁(9.4)の上下に、各々燃料が加圧状態で供給される圧力室(9.3、9.4)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力室(9.3)を開閉する少なくとも1個の調整素子が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力室(9.3)における圧力入口開口断面積(9.6)が圧力出口開口断面積(9.5)より小さいことを特徴とする請求項5から7の1つに記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 減圧制御配管(10.2)に少なくとも1個の圧力保持弁(8.1)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5から8の1つに記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 減圧制御配管(10.2)に可調整絞り(8.2)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5から9の1つに記載の燃料噴射装置。
