Abstract
Description
前記問題点を排除するためには、請求項1の燃料噴射装置が提案されている。この場合、インジェクタ領域はローカルな蓄圧器として構成され、この蓄圧器に貯留された燃料は噴射とノズルニードルの液圧式の閉鎖とのために利用される。本発明の更なる構成は請求項2から4までに含まれている。ポンプエレメントの下流側の逆止弁はインジェクタの高圧室が搬送終了後放圧されることを阻止する。蓄えられた高圧は別の噴射に利用することができる。この場合には主噴射の直後に高圧下で後噴射を実施することも、隔絶された後噴射を実施することもできる。

各シリンダはポンプ−ノズル−ユニット(PDE)又はポンプ−ライン−ノズル−システムが配属されている。各ポンプ−ノズル−ユニットはポンプエレメント1とインジェクタ2とから構成されている。エンジンシリンダあたり1つのポンプ−ノズル−ユニットがシリンダヘッドに組込まれる。ポンプエレメント1は直接的にタペットを介して又は間接的に揺動レバーを介してエンジンカム軸により駆動される。電子的な調整装置は噴射された燃料量(噴射経過)を目標に合わせてコントロールすることを可能にする。図1に示された行程制御された燃料噴射装置3の第1実施例の場合には、低圧ポンプ4は燃料5を貯蓄タンク6から搬送導管7を介してポンプエレメント1に向かって搬送する。制御弁8はポンプエレメント1のポンプ室を充たすために役立つ。高圧の発生は制御弁8を閉じた状態でカム行程の間に行なわれる。これにより圧力の形成が始まり、圧力下にある燃料は逆止弁9を介しインジェクタ2へ導かれる。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置(3;17;18)であって、シリンダの数に応じ、燃料を圧縮するために、各インジェクタ(2)に配属された、ポンプ−ノズル−ユニット又はポンプ−ライン−ノズル−システムの少なくとも1つのローカルなポンプエレメント(1)を有している形式のものにおいて、インジェクタ(2)及び/又はインジェクタ(2)への供給導管がローカルな蓄圧室を構成しており、ポンプエレメント(1)からインジェクタ(2)への供給導管に逆止弁(9)が統合されており、カム行程の間、閉じた状態で高圧を発生させる制御弁(8)が設けられており、インジェクタ(2)のノズル室(11)の圧力降下を制御するための絞り(16;18)が設けられていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射装置。
- 絞り(16)が逆止弁(9)に並列に接続されて統合されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 圧力維持弁(19)が絞り(16)に直列に接続されている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- ポンプエレメント(1)からインジェクタ(2)へ供給導管が弁ユニット(15)を介してインジェクタ(2)の制御室に接続されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
