Abstract
熱分解と接触分解を同時に行う加熱・接触分解槽による一次加熱処理のみで、軽質油留分に油化したガス状の分解生成物を留出できるようにすると共に、熱分解によって発生したカーボンなどの熱分解残渣物を外部から導入した流動用空気中に含有する少量の酸素との反応で部分的に自己燃焼させながら流動接触分解が行われる廃プラスチックの油化方法及び装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
加熱・接触分解槽2内に設けた分解用触媒による触媒流動層6を外部から導入した流動用空気で流動させ、原料投入手段3,4を介して溶融状態で投入した廃プラスチックに接触させると共に、熱分解残渣物に対して流動用空気中に含有する少量の酸素で部分的に自己燃焼させながら流動接触分解を行い、加熱・接触分解槽2から軽質油留分に油化したガス状の分解生成物を生成処理部1B側へ留出する。

Claims (3)
- 加熱・接触分解槽内に設けた分解用触媒による触媒流動層を外部から導入した流動用空気で流動させ、原料投入手段を介して溶融状態で投入した廃プラスチックに接触させると共に、熱分解残渣物に対して流動用空気中に含有する少量の酸素で部分的に自己燃焼させながら流動接触分解を行い、加熱・接触分解槽から軽質油留分に油化したガス状の分解生成物を留出することを特徴とした廃プラスチックの油化方法。
- 廃プラスチックを溶融して供給する原料投入手段及び、熱分解及び触媒との接触分解によって軽質油留分に油化したガス状の分解生成物を留出する加熱・接触分解槽で分解処理部を構成すると共に、留出したガス状の分解生成物を冷却による凝縮で気液分離して炭化水素油を生成する生成処理部を構成し、前記加熱・接触分解槽は外部に加熱手段を内部に多孔性の分散板を設けると共に、分散板上には分解用触媒を充填した触媒流動層を形成し、触媒流動層の上部に設けた排気筒を生成処理部側に連通させ、触媒流動層の下部に設けた給気槽は分解用触媒を流動させる流動用空気を導入する空気供給管路に連通させたことを特徴とした廃プラスチックの油化装置。
- 触媒流動層の分解用触媒として、粒子径を0.2〜5.0程度に調製した後に脱水して焼成処理を施した天然ゼオライト粒子を主材として用いる請求項1又は2に記載した廃プラスチックの油化方法又は装置。
