Abstract

Claims (10)
- 超合金材料でできた基板(22)上のコーティングシステム(20)であって、コーティングシステム(20)は基板(22)の表面上にあり、表面と接触する、環境保護コーティング(24)を含み、該環境保護コーティング(24)は、900℃から1150℃の温度で前記超合金材料の50%より大きい引張強度を有するコーティング材料でできており、該コーティング材料は主に白金、ロジウム、パラジウム、およびイリジウムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの金属であることを特徴とするコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料は、少なくとも60重量%の白金、ロジウム、パラジウム、イリジウム、またはその組合せを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料はさらに、少なくとも2重量%で、15重量%未満のアルミニウムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料はさらに、少なくとも5重量%で、20重量%未満のニッケルおよびクロムを組み合わせて含有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料はさらに、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、チタン、ニオブ、タングステン、モリブデン、レニウム、およびルテニウムの少なくとも1つを、少なくとも2重量%で、10重量%未満の結合量で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料は基本的に、60重量%のロジウム、25重量%のパラジウム、10重量%の白金、および3重量%のジルコニウムからなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記コーティング材料は基本的に、91重量%のロジウム、2重量%のルテニウム、および7重量%のジルコニウムからなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記環境保護コーティング(24)は、少なくとも35マイクロメートルの厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記環境保護コーティング(24)に付着された遮熱コーティング層(26)をさらに備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
- 前記基板(22)は、ガスタービンエンジンのエーロフォイル部品(10)であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載のコーティングシステム(20)。
