Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、外枠筐体内に設けられた水槽と、前記水槽内に回転自在に設けられ洗濯物を収納する洗濯乾燥槽と、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機,圧縮された冷媒の熱を放熱する放熱器,圧縮された冷媒の圧力を減圧する調整弁,減圧されて低圧となった冷媒が周囲から熱を奪う吸熱器を備えるヒートポンプ装置とを有し、ヒートポンプ装置は水槽に取り付け支持し、ヒートポンプ装置の放熱器は、水槽の下部に配置したことを特徴とする。

- 外枠筐体内に設けられた水槽と、前記水槽内に回転自在に設けられ洗濯物を収納する洗濯乾燥槽と、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機,圧縮された冷媒の熱を放熱する放熱器,圧縮された冷媒の圧力を減圧する調整弁,減圧されて低圧となった冷媒が周囲から熱を奪う吸熱器を備えるヒートポンプ装置とを有し、
前記ヒートポンプ装置は前記水槽に取り付け支持し、
前記ヒートポンプ装置の放熱器は、前記水槽の下部に配置したことを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項1記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記放熱器は、冷媒が流通する放熱管と、前記放熱管を内置する外郭部材とを有することを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項2記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記外郭部材は、カーボン、シリコンを含む熱伝導性の良好な合成樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項2記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記外郭部材は、少なくとも周縁側が接合する二つの外郭部材片を有し、
前記二つの外郭部材片の接合面に介在するシールパッキングを有することを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項4記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記二つの外郭部材片は、アルミ、ステンレスを含む熱伝導性の良好な金属で形成されていることを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項1記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記水槽の下部に放熱器用開口を設け、
前記放熱器用開口に前記放熱器を臨ませたことを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。 - 請求項6記載の洗濯乾燥機において、
前記放熱器と前記水槽の合わせ部分にシール部材を介在したことを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。
