Abstract

Claims (11)
- 体液標本中の検体を決定するための検体監視システムであって、
外部システムハウジング、を備え、
前記外部システムハウジングに内蔵され、
内側ハウジングと、
使用中に、第1方向に、発射力を発生させるように構成された発射機構と、
使用中に、標的部位に向かいかつ前記第1方向に実質的に対向する第2方向に、穿刺力を伝達するように構成された穿刺機構と、
前記内側ハウジングに回転自在に取り付けられており、前記発射機構に係合された第1端部及び前記穿刺機構に係合された第2端部を含む連結アームと、を有し、
前記連結アームは、前記第1方向の前記発射力を、前記第2方向の前記穿刺力に変換するように構成されている穿刺装置、を備え、さらに
前記体液標本中の検体を決定するための、前記外部システムハウジング内に少なくとも一部が格納されている計量器、を備えることを特徴とする検体監視システム。 - 少なくとも1つの内蔵式医療装置を有し、
前記内蔵式医療装置は、皮膚組織穿通部材及び試験片を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体監視システム。 - リッドを更に有し、
前記穿刺装置は発射準備機構を有し、
前記リッド及び前記発射準備機構は、前記リッドを第1の位置の方に移動すると前記穿刺装置が発射準備されるように動作可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体監視システム。 - 前記第2方向は、約180°±15°の範囲内で前記第1方向に対向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体監視システム。
- 前記第2方向は、前記第1方向に実質的に180°対向していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の検体監視システム。
- 発射準備機構を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1の検体監視システム。
- 前記発射機構は、前記発射力を発生させるための発射スプリングを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体監視システム。
- 前記発射スプリングは、使用中に、約3N〜約8Nの範囲の最大ばね力を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の検体監視システム。
- 前記穿刺機構は、引込みスプリングを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検体監視システム。
- 前記計量器は、血液標本中のグルコースを決定するために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記穿刺力に関連する前記第2方向の運動量は、前記発射力に関連する前記第1方向の運動量と実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
