Abstract
【解決手段】ベースフィルムの片面に山部と谷部とが繰り返す波形形状の配線パターンを形成した一対のフレキシブル配線基板(FPC)を用いた回路構造において、前記一対の第1FPC1及び第2FPC2の面方向と直交する方向からみて夫々の波形形状の配線パターンの互いが交差する2点間に一方の配線パターン11と他方の配線パターン21で囲まれる領域を形成するとともに、前記第1FPC1と第2FPC2の面方向と平行な方向からみて一方の配線パターン11と他方の配線パターン21とが交差する部分を有するように撚らずに構成した。

Claims (11)
- ベースフィルムの片面に山部と谷部とが繰り返す波形形状の配線パターンを形成した一対のフレキシブル配線基板(FPC)を用いた回路構造において、
前記一対の第1FPC及び第2FPCの面方向と直交する方向からみて夫々の波形形状の配線パターンの互いが交差する2点間に一方の配線パターンと他方の配線パターンで囲まれる領域を形成するとともに、
前記第1FPCと第2FPCの面方向と平行な方向からみて一方の配線パターンと他方の配線パターンとが交差する部分を有するように撚らずに構成したことを特徴とするフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。 - 前記波形形状の配線パターンの形状に合わせるように前記ベースフィルムの一方の端部も波形形状に形成し、互いの波形形状の端部同士を嵌め合わせたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記第1FPC及び第2FPCの各ベースフィルムの幅を広く形成し、各ベースフィルムの一方の端部寄りに夫々波形形状の配線パターンを形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記幅広のベースフィルムの片面に前記波形形状の配線パターンとは別個の導線を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記波形形状の各配線パターン同士が面方向と直交する方向からみて交差し、面方向と平行する方向からみて交差する本数を1対1ではなく、複数対複数となるように前記配線パターンを各ベースフィルムに2以上形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- ベースフィルムの片面に山部と谷部とが繰り返す波形形状の配線パターンを形成した一対のフレキシブル配線基板(FPC)を用いた回路構造において、
前記一対の第1FPC及び第2FPCに夫々少なくとも2以上の前記配線パターンを形成し、
前記第1FPCの配線パターン近傍の所定個所に開口部を形成するとともに、第2FPCの配線パターン近傍の所定個所にも開口部を形成し、
前記第2FPCの開口部形成個所の配線パターンの山部又は谷部を第1FPCの配線パターンの谷部又は山部近くの開口部に挿入して面方向と直交する方向からみて夫々の配線パターンの互いが交差する2点間に一方の配線パターンと他方の配線パターンで囲まれる領域を形成するとともに、面方向と平行な方向からみて一方の配線パターンと他方の配線パターンとが交差する部分を有するように撚らずに構成したことを特徴とするフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。 - 前記開口部は、波形形状の配線パターンの山部ないし谷部を取り囲むスリット状のものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記ベースフィルムの片面に波形形状の配線パターンとは別個の導線を形成したことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記各配線パターン同士が面方向と直交する方向からみて交差し、面方向と平行する方向からみて交差する本数を1対1ではなく、複数対複数としたことを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 前記第1FPCと第2FPCの夫々の少なくとも一方の端部を配線パターンに合わせた波形形状に形成し、この端部寄りの波形形状の配線パターンには開口部を形成せず、端部の配線パターンの山部と谷部とを相手方の開口部に挿入することを特徴とする請求項6ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
- 第1FPC及び第2FPCに3以上の波形形状の配線パターンを形成し、前記夫々の少なくとも一方の端部寄りの配線パターン以外の配線パターンには、前記第1FPCの少なくとも1つおきの谷部又は山部の近くにこの谷部又は山部を取り囲むように開口部を形成するとともに、前記第2FPCの少なくとも1つおきの山部又は谷部であって第1FPCの谷部又は山部に対応する山部又は谷部の近くにこの山部又は谷部を取り囲むように開口部を形成し、2つのFPCの一方のFPCに形成された開口部に、他方のFPCに形成された配線パターンの山部又は谷部を挿入することを特徴とする請求項項6ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル配線基板を用いた回路構造。
