Abstract
【解決手段】電池モジュール構造は、積層されて互いに電気的に接続された複数のラミネート電池セル51と、複数のラミネート電池セル51間に介在するとともに、複数のラミネート電池セル51を結合する樹脂枠21とを備える。複数のラミネート電池セル51は、電池素子を覆うラミネート外装体を有する。複数のラミネート電池セル51の各々の直下であって、ラミネート外装体の耳部58の周囲には、樹脂枠21によって区画され、液体を貯める液貯部33が形成されている。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1における電池モジュール構造を示す斜視図である。図中に示す電池モジュールは、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関と、充放電可能な2次電池とを動力源とするハイブリッド自動車に搭載されている。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2における電池モジュール構造を示す分解組み立て図である。図6は、図5中に示す電池モジュール構造の断面図である。図5は、実施の形態1における図2に対応する図であり、図6は、実施の形態1における図3に対応する図である。本実施の形態における電池モジュール構造は、基本的には実施の形態1における電池モジュール構造と同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (3)
- 正極、負極およびセパレータからなる電池素子を覆う外装体を有し、積層されて互いに電気的に接続された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セル間に介在するとともに、前記複数の電池セルを結合する結合部材とを備え、
前記外装体は、前記電池素子の周縁に延在する周縁部を含み、
前記複数の電池セルの各々の直下であって前記周縁部の周囲には、前記結合部材によって区画され、液体を貯める空間部が形成されている、電池モジュール構造。 - 前記結合部材には、前記複数の電池セル間に冷却風を流す冷却風通路が形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール構造。
- 前記結合部材は、互いに隣り合う第1の電池セルと第2の電池セルとの間に介在する本体部と、前記本体部から分岐して延びる第1および第2の挟持部とを有し、
前記第1および第2の挟持部は、それぞれ、前記第1の挟持部と前記本体部との間および前記第2の挟持部と前記本体部との間の所定の位置を支点にして、前記本体部に対して回動自在に設けられており、
前記第1および第2の挟持部を前記所定の位置を支点に回動させて、前記第1および第2の挟持部と前記本体部とを互いに離間した状態から互いに重なり合う状態に変化させることによって、前記第1の電池セルが前記第1の挟持部と前記本体部とによって挟持され、前記第2の電池セルが前記第2の挟持部と前記本体部とによって挟持され、前記所定の位置に前記空間部が形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール構造。
