Abstract
【解決手段】同一検体に使用する反応ウェル・検出ウェルのノズル列方向の幅をノズル保持部のピッチよりも小さい領域に収めることで、移動範囲を最小限にし、かつ、コンタミネーションを防止するピペット動作が可能な構成となる。

Description
前記ノズル移動手段は、前記ノズルを保持し得るノズル保持部の複数を有し、これらのノズル保持部は直線上に一列に並んで、ノズル列を形成可能としており、前記ノズル保持部は前記ノズル移動手段によって前記ノズル列と垂直な方向に移動可能であり、
前記設置台と前記ノズル保持部とを前記ノズル列と一致した方向に相対的に移動させる相対移動手段を備え、
前記反応ユニットには、前記設置台に設置された状態で、前記ノズル列と直交する直線上に配置し得る反応領域列の2以上を有し、各反応領域列を構成する複数の反応領域は、同一検体に使用されるものであり、
前記相対移動手段によって、各反応領域が前記ノズル保持部に保持された所定のノズルと対応する位置に配置可能であり、かつ
前記反応領域の列の幅が、前記ノズル列のノズルピッチよりも狭い
ことを特徴とする核酸試料処理装置である。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも反応ユニットの設置台の1以上と、前記設置台上に設置された反応ユニットに対する液体の吐出及び吸引を行うためのノズルを移動させるノズル移動手段と、を有する核酸試料処理装置において、
前記ノズル移動手段は、前記ノズルを保持し得るノズル保持部の複数を有し、これらのノズル保持部は直線上に一列に並んで、ノズル列を形成可能としており、前記ノズル保持部は前記ノズル移動手段によって前記ノズル列と垂直な方向に移動可能であり、
前記設置台と前記ノズル保持部とを前記ノズル列と一致した方向に相対的に移動させる相対移動手段を備え、
前記反応ユニットには、前記設置台に設置された状態で、前記ノズル列と直交する直線上に配置し得る反応領域列の2以上を有し、各反応領域列を構成する複数の反応領域は、同一検体に使用されるものであり、
前記相対移動手段によって、各反応領域が前記ノズル保持部に保持された所定のノズルと対応する位置に配置可能であり、かつ
前記反応領域の列の幅が、前記ノズル列のノズルピッチよりも狭い
ことを特徴とする核酸試料処理装置。 - 前記反応ユニットは、標的核酸の増幅反応ユニット、ハイブリダイゼーション反応ユニット及び検出ユニットを有する請求項1に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記検出ユニットは、標的核酸検出用の核酸マイクロアレイを備えたカセットを有しており、前記カセットが前記反応領域列ごとに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記ノズルがピペットチップであり、前記ノズル保持部は該ピペットチップの着脱を可能とする機構を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記ピペットチップを収納するピペットチップ収納手段を備える請求項4に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記ピペットチップ収納手段は前記設置台、前記反応ユニット及び前記検出ユニットの少なくとも1つに備えられている請求項4または5に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記ピペットチップ収納手段は前記ノズル保持部に対応する位置に前記ピペットチップを保持しており、前記ノズル移動手段で前記ノズル保持部を前記ピペットチップに勘合させる位置に移動させることで前記ノズル保持部に前記ピペットチップを装着可能とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記同一検体に使用される反応領域列中に前記ピペットチップ収納領域が配置されており、該ピペットチップ収納領域にピペットチップが配置された状態で、その前記ノズル列方向での幅が前記ノズルピッチよりも狭い領域に収まっている請求項7に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記反応領域はウェルからなり、プレート上に多数のウェルが格子状に配置されて前記反応領域列の複数を形成している請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記ウェルは、検査操作開始前は、不純物の混入を防ぐための保護シートで覆われている請求項9に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記保護シートを開封するための開封機構が備えられている請求項10に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記開封機構は前記ノズル移動手段に備えられ、かつ、前記保護シートの前記ノズル保持部に保持されたノズルが配置される位置に穴を開ける穴あけ機構である請求項11に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
- 前記穴あけ機構は前記ノズル列方向において前記ノズル保持部との位置が一致している請求項12に記載の核酸試料処理装置。
