Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング(20)の中で回転し、軸(4)上に遊動式に配置されたホイール(1)を備えた伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサのための軸密封構造は、ホイール(1)のハブ(5)上に装着された密封尖端(15)を有する密封装置(10)からなり、密封尖端は固定密封リング(11)によって包囲されている。尖端(15)は3つの密封区間に配置され、この場合、それぞれ2つの密封区間の間に1つの環状室(12,12')が配置されている。伝動装置エキスパンダまたはコンプレッサの内部空間の方に向いた環状室(12)は遮断ガスの供給配管を備え、遮断ガスの圧力は伝動装置エキスパンダまたはコンプレッサの内部空間圧力よりも高い。伝動装置エキスパンダまたはコンプレッサの内部空間に対して遠位側にある環状室(12')は遮断ガスの吸出し部を備えている。

Claims (5)
- ケーシング(20)の中で回転する1つまたは複数のホイール(1)を備えた伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサのための軸密封構造において、各ホイール(1)は軸(4)上に遊動式に配置され、前記ケーシングと結合された密封装置(10)によって密閉され、前記密封装置は前記軸(4)上または前記ホイール(1)のハブ(5)上に装着された密封尖端(15)からなり、前記密封尖端は固定密封リング(11)によって包囲されている軸密封構造であって、前記密封尖端(15)は互いに前後に並んだ3つの密封区間に配置され、それぞれ2つの密封区間の間に1つの環状室(12,12')が配置され、伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサの内部空間の方に向いた前記環状室(12)は遮断ガスの供給配管を備え、遮断ガスの圧力は伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサの内部空間における圧力よりも高く、伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサの内部空間に対して遠位側にある前記環状室(12')は遮断ガスの吸出し部を備えていることを特徴とする軸密封構造。
- 前記密封尖端(15)に対向して置かれた前記固定密封リング(11)の密封面に入口コーティング(16)が備えられ、前記入口コーティング(16)は、CoNiCrAlYの厚い付着層とCoNiCrAlY+BN+ポリエステルの多孔質で耐熱耐食性の上層からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸密封構造。
- 前記密封リング(11)は所定の調節可能な孔隙率を有し、前記孔隙率は、入口コーティングの上層内部の前記密封リング(11)の熱処理によるポリエステル部分のガス発生に関係していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸密封構造。
- 前記密封尖端(15)が固体から旋削されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の軸密封構造。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の軸密封構造と、ケーシング(20)の中でそれぞれ回転する1つまたは複数のホイール(1)とを有し、各ホイール(1)は軸(4)上に遊動式に配置され、各ホイール(1)のハブ(5)とこれに属する前記軸(4)は互いに噛み合う噛み合せ(9)を備えている伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサであって、前記ホイール(1)の前記ハブ(5)が前記密封装置(10)を貫通して導かれ、前記噛み合せ(9)が伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサの前記密封装置(10)の外側に予め備えられていることを特徴とする伝動装置エキスパンダまたは伝動装置コンプレッサ。
