Abstract
【解決手段】溶融炉1から排出されるスラグを水砕槽2に投入して冷却するにあたり、水砕槽2内に複数の仕切り壁6を所定の間隔をあけて上下方向に配設し、仕切り壁6の間に水砕水を間接冷却する冷却器7を配設するとともに、冷却器7の上方から水砕水を噴射して水砕水を冷却するようにした。

Claims (7)
- 溶融炉から排出されるスラグを投入して冷却する水砕槽で使用する水砕水の冷却方法において、
前記水砕槽内に複数の仕切り壁を所定の間隔をあけて上下方向に配設し、該仕切り壁の間に水砕水を間接冷却する冷却器を配設するとともに、該冷却器の上方から水砕水を噴射して水砕水を冷却することを特徴とする水砕水の冷却方法。 - 前記仕切り壁を水砕槽の水位より突出させて配置し、仕切り壁内の水位と水砕槽内の水位を変えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水砕水の冷却方法。
- 仕切り壁内の水位を水砕槽内の水位より高くなるように設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水砕水の冷却方法。
- 溶融炉から排出されるスラグを冷却する水砕槽で使用する水砕水の冷却装置において、
前記水砕槽内に複数の仕切り壁を所定の間隔をあけて上下方向に配設し、該仕切り壁の間に水砕水を間接冷却する冷却器を配設するとともに、該冷却器の上方から水砕水を噴射する噴射ノズルを配設したことを特徴とする水砕水の冷却装置。 - 前記仕切り壁は開閉自在に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水砕水の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却器は、両端の冷却水ヘッダ間に複数の冷却パイプを連結して構成したことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の水砕水の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却器のうち、冷却水ヘッダに冷却パイプを連結する部分となる連結板と冷却パイプをステンレス製としたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水砕水の冷却装置。
