Abstract
【解決手段】打ち込み装置10に、ピストンガイド13の、中空空間14に打ち込みピストン20を軸線方向に移動可能に配置し、打ち込みピストン20はピストンヘッド23およびピストンシャフト21を有するものとし、ピストンガイド13に連結したピンガイド12の端部に、打ち込みピストン20のためのピストン停止装置30を設ける。ピストン停止装置30の底面15に支持した緩衝素子31および停止素子32を設け、停止素子32と連係動作し、停止素子32にしっかり連結した第1ストッパ35と第2ストッパ36との間で打ち込みピストン20の長手方向に平行な方向に摺動可能に案内した慣性体33を設ける。両ストッパ間の距離を慣性体長さよりも解離経路分だけ長くし、解離経路の長さを好適には、0.2
5〜2mmとする。

Claims (4)
- 固定素子を基礎構造に打ち込むための打ち込み装置であって、中空空間(14)を有するピストンガイド(13)を設け、その中空空間(14)に打ち込みピストン(20)を軸線方向に移動可能に配置し、この打ち込みピストン(20)はピストンヘッド(23)およびピストンシャフト(21)を有するものとし、前記ピストンガイド(13)に連結したピンガイド(12)を設け、さらに
および打ち込みピストン(20)のためのピストン停止装置(30)を中空空間(14)のピンガイド(12)側の端部に設け、ピストン停止装置(30)は、底面(15)に支持した緩衝素子(31)およびこの緩衝素子(31)に中空空間(14)方向に隣接させた打ち込みピストン(20)のための停止素子(32)を設けた該打ち込み装置において、
前記停止素子(32)と連係動作し、停止素子(32)にしっかり連結した第1ストッパ(35)と第2ストッパ(36)との間で打ち込みピストン(20)の長手方向に平行な方向に摺動可能に案内した慣性体(33)を設け、第1ストッパ(35)と第2ストッパ(36)との打ち込みピストン(20)の長手方向方向における間隔を、慣性体(33)の長手方向の長さよりも、解離経路(38)の分だけ長いものとしたことを特徴とする打ち込み装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、慣性体(33)を少なくとも部分的にリング状に構成し、前記慣性体(33)を停止素子(32)の周方向に設けた摺動面(37)上で移動可能に案内するものとした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、解離経路(38)の長さを0.2mm〜3mmとした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、慣性体(33)を細長く構成し、かつピンガイド(12)側とは反対側に停止素子(32)から突出させ、カラー(45)によりこの停止素子(32)を包囲する構成とした打ち込み装置。
