Abstract
【解決手段】SiO2:45〜75重量%、Al2O3:7.5〜20重量%およびFe:3〜15重量%を含有すると共にCaとNaとMgとKを合計量で5〜22重量%含有してなる粒状のセラミック材を、金属銅および/または金属銀の壁によって構成された流路空間内に充填させ、上記流路内に処理水を通過させることにより、上記セラミック材と金属銅および/または金属銀に処理水を接触させるように構成し、上記流路の内径をセラミック材の外径の2.5倍以上に設定し、上記流路の長さをセラミック材の外径の50倍以上に設定した。

Claims (4)
- SiO2:45〜75重量%、Al2O3:7.5〜20重量%およびFe:3〜15重量%を含有すると共にCaとNaとMgとKを合計量で5〜22重量%含有してなるセラミック材と、金属銅および/または金属銀との双方に処理水を接触させるように構成されたことを特徴とする循環水の浄化装置。
- 上記処理水を流通させる流路が金属銅および/または金属銀の壁によって構成され、上記流路内に粒状に形成された上記セラミック材が充填され、上記流路の内径は上記セラミック材の外径の2.5倍以上に設定され、上記流路の長さは上記セラミック材の外径の50倍以上に設定されている請求項1記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- 上記処理水が冷却装置用の循環水であり、上記冷却装置10冷却トンあたり、処理水と接触するセラミック材の表面積を900cm2以上、処理水と接触する金属銅および/または金属銀の表面積を600cm2以上に設定した請求項1または2記載の循環水の浄化装置。
- SiO2:45〜75重量%、Al2O3:7.5〜20重量%およびFe:3〜15重量%を含有すると共にCaとNaとMgとKを合計量で5〜22重量%含有してなるセラミック材と、金属銅および/または金属銀との双方に処理水を接触させることを特徴とする循環水の浄化方法。
