Abstract
【解決手段】 突出部19の外面と管状部材20の内面との間に充填封止層21を形成し、この充填封止層21によって、突出部19と光軸Xとのズレを吸収し光軸Xと管状部材20の管軸Lとを一致させて管状部材20を突出部19に固定し、この管軸Lと光軸Xとが一致した管状部材20を取付側に対し装着可能とする。また、突出部19に管状部材20を外挿して、管状部材20が放熱の妨げとなることを防止し側管部15の放熱の向上を図る。また、管状部材20を、充填封止層21を介して突出部19に固定し、突出部19に伝達される応力を減少させる。

Claims (5)
- ガスが封入された密封容器を具備し、この密封容器は、放電を発生させる陰極部と陽極部とを収容する側管部と、前記側管部に連通し放電による光の出射方向に突出する筒状の突出部とを有し、この突出部に設けられた光出射窓から外部に出射光を出射する重水素ランプにおいて、
前記突出部に外挿された管状部材を備え、
この管状部材の内面と前記突出部の外面との間には、接着剤により構成された充填封止層が形成され、
この充填封止層によって、出射光の光軸と前記管状部材の管軸とが一致するように、当該管状部材が前記突出部に固定されていることを特徴とする重水素ランプ。 - 前記突出部は前記側管部の軸線方向に直交する方向に突出し、
前記突出部の前端に前記光出射窓が設けられ、
この光出射窓より前方に前記管状部材の前端が位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の重水素ランプ。 - 前記充填封止層は、前後方向に2層以上形成され、前記管状部材を固定する固定層と、この固定層より前方に配置された封止層とを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記光出射窓は、前記充填封止層より前方に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の重水素ランプ。
- 前記管状部材の前端には、フランジ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の重水素ランプ。
