Claims (3)
- 永久磁石の一方の磁極に当接するコア部材と、このコア部材との間隔を増減する方向に進退自在であって、コア部材から離れる方向に付勢されているプランジャとを備えると共に、永久磁石の他方の磁極に当接すると共にプランジャの側面に対向するヨーク部材を設け、さらに励磁コイルでプランジャを囲繞し、励磁コイルに通電することにより励磁コイルによって発生する磁力と永久磁石の磁力との協働によりプランジャを付勢力に抗してコア部材に吸着させると共に、励磁コイルへの通電方向を逆転させることにより励磁コイルの磁力で永久磁石の磁力を相殺させ、プランジャを付勢力によってコア部材から離間させることにより、プランジャの先端に設けた弁体で弁口を開閉するラッチ式電磁弁であって、上記コア部材に、ヨーク部材に当接するフランジ状の短絡部を設け、この短絡部を介して永久磁石の磁路の一部をプランジャに流れないように短絡させたものにおいて、この短絡部をコア部材本体とは別部材の短絡部材として形成し、コア部材本体に対してかしめにより固定してコア部材を形成したことを特徴とするラッチ式電磁弁。
- 短絡部材の、少なくともヨーク部材に接触する部分には、表面を覆う被覆層を設けないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラッチ式電磁弁。
- 上記プランジャを収納してプランジャの進退移動をガイドするガイドパイプと、ガイドパイプの内周面とコア部材との間の気密を確保するシール部材とを、コア部材本体と短絡部材との間に挟んで固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のラッチ式電磁弁。
