Abstract
【課題】 輸送効率を含めた効率及びコストの低いバイオマス燃料の供給システムを提供する。
【解決手段】 ゴミ焼却場100に隣接して、一次破砕機10、炭化炉20、冷却装置30、予備粉砕機40、遠心分離機50、竪型粉砕機60、及び造粒機70からなるバイオマス燃料供給システムを設ける。焼却炉100からら発生する排気ガスを炭化炉20に導入して木質系バイオマスを炭化して炭化物を生成する。炭化された炭化物は予備粉砕機40、竪型粉砕機60により粉砕されバイオマス燃料とされる。粉砕された燃料は造粒機70によりペレット化された後発電設備200へ運搬される。

Claims (5)
- ゴミ焼却施設に設けられ木質系バイオマスを炭化して炭化物を生成する炭化炉と、
ゴミ焼却施設に設けられ前記炭化物を粉砕する粉砕機と
を備えたことを特徴とするバイオマス燃料の供給システム。 - 前記炭化炉は、前記ゴミ焼却施設からの排気ガスを用いて前記木質系バイオマスを炭化することを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマス燃料の供給システム。
- 前記粉砕機は、前記炭化物を粗粉まで粉砕する第1の粉砕機と、
前記予備粉砕機により得られた前記粗粉を微粉まで粉砕する第2の粉砕機と
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマス燃料の供給システム。 - 前記第1の粉砕機により得られた粗粉から異物を除去する異物除去装置を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のバイオマス燃料の供給システム。
- 前記粉砕機により粉砕された前記炭化物をペレット化する造粒機を更に備えた請求項1記載のバイオマス燃料の供給システム。
