Abstract
【解決手段】 二酸化炭素を主成分とする混合ガスを反応塔16に導入し、該混合ガス中の窒素酸化物を水素との還元反応で、一酸化炭素を酸素との酸化反応で、それぞれ同時に除去する二酸化炭素の精製方法であって、前記反応塔内での反応条件を、反応塔出口から導出される反応塔出口ガス中に未反応の酸素が残存する条件に設定する。

Claims (5)
- 二酸化炭素を主成分とする混合ガスを反応塔に導入し、該混合ガス中の窒素酸化物を水素との還元反応で、一酸化炭素を酸素との酸化反応で、それぞれ同時に除去する二酸化炭素の精製方法であって、前記反応塔内での反応条件を、反応塔出口から導出される反応塔出口ガス中に未反応の酸素が残存する条件に設定することを特徴とする二酸化炭素の精製方法。
- 前記反応塔での反応温度を110℃以下に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の二酸化炭素の精製方法。
- 前記反応塔入口における混合ガス中の水素量は、該混合ガス中の酸素を還元するのに必要な当量より少ない量に設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二酸化炭素の精製方法。
- 前記反応塔入口における混合ガス中の水素量は、該反応塔に導入する前記混合ガスと前記反応塔出口ガスとを熱交換させて前記混合ガスを昇温するとともに前記反応塔出口ガスを降温する熱交換器から導出した降温後の反応塔出口ガス中の水蒸気圧力が飽和水蒸気圧力未満となる量に設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の二酸化炭素の精製方法。
- 前記酸素は、系外から前記混合ガスに添加されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の二酸化炭素の精製方法。
