Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の防漏シートは、液の浸透が可能な浸透層と、液不透過性ないし液難透過性の防漏層とを有し、全体として透湿性を有する。防漏シートは多数の微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムからなり、浸透層における微細孔のサイズが、防漏層における微細孔のサイズよりも大きくなっている。或いは、浸透層における微細孔の孔数が、防漏層における微細孔の孔数よりも多くなっている。本発明の吸収性物品は、前記の防漏シートを備え、該防漏シートは、該防漏シートにおける前記浸透層が着用者の肌に向くように配されている。

Description
(a)水分を液体のまま防漏シートに浸透させる結果、シートの裏表の水分量に圧倒的な差が生じる。即ち、着用者の肌に向く面側の水分量が、下着に向く面側よりも圧倒的に多くなっている。その水分量の差が駆動力になり、浸透した水分を直接水蒸気として蒸散する効果が高くなる。
(b)防漏シート部分で水分の浸透と拡散が生じるため、体液の蒸発面積が大きくなり、一層速やかに水蒸気の外部放出が生じる。その結果、吸収性物品内部に水分がこもり難く、水蒸気に起因する蒸れ感が発生し難く、着用中ずっとサラット感が持続する。
特に、防漏シート上に、着用者の肌に当接する層よりも、防漏シートに対向する層の方が繊維密度が密である複数層の繊維集合体から形成された透液層を配した場合には、透液層に吸収された体液が速やかに防漏層近傍に移動するようになる。その結果、透液層の肌当接面に液が残らず、肌当接面におけるべたつきが発生しづらくなる。
防漏シートの身体側面を上にしてろ紙の上に載せ、更に直径50mmの滲出確認用ろ紙(ADVANTEC製、No.2)2枚を防漏シートの上に重ねる。これにコンゴーレッド溶液(コンゴーレッド0.2gをイオン交換水に溶解し、全容を100mLに調整した液)1mLを、ろ紙のほぼ中央部にスポイト等を使用して静かに流下させたのち、1分間静置する。その部分に直径50mmで重さ200gの荷重をかけたとき、防漏シートを通して滲出確認用ろ紙に該溶液が滲出したか否かを確認する。
a)開孔サイズが、防漏層3bより浸透層3a側で大きい、及び/又は
b)微細開孔の量が、防漏層3bより浸透層3a側で多い。
(1)前述のように、全体の厚みを前記圧縮試験機で測定する。
(2)この厚みになるように繊維集合体を保持しながら、断面を拡大観察し、各層の厚みを計測する。各層の厚みは、断面厚みが最大となるポイントで計測する。
(3)以上の測定を20箇所で行って、その平均値を代表値に用いた。

Claims (7)
- 液の浸透が可能な浸透層と、液不透過性ないし液難透過性の防漏層とを有し、全体として透湿性を有する防漏シート。
- 前記防漏シートが多数の微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムからなり、前記浸透層における微細孔のサイズが、前記防漏層における微細孔のサイズよりも大きくなっている請求項1記載の防漏シート。
- 前記防漏シートが多数の微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムからなり、前記浸透層における微細孔の孔数が、前記防漏層における微細孔の孔数よりも多くなっている請求項1又は2記載の防漏シート。
- 前記浸透層及び前記防漏層がいずれも、熱可塑性樹脂と、これと相溶性のない無機フィラーを含む樹脂組成物の溶融押出物を一軸又は二軸延伸して得られたものであり、
前記浸透層の形成に用いられる前記樹脂組成物中の前記無機フィラーの粒径又は配合量が、前記防漏層の形成に用いられる前記樹脂組成物中の前記無機フィラーの粒径又は配合量よりも大きくなっているか又は多くなっている請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の防漏シート。 - 前記浸透層が多数の微細孔を有する多孔性フィルムからなり、前記防漏層が撥水性の繊維集合体からなる請求項1記載の防漏シート。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の防漏シートを備え、該防漏シートは、該防漏シートにおける前記浸透層が着用者の肌側に向くように配されている吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性物品が、少なくとも複数層の繊維集合体から形成された透液層と、前記防漏シートとからなり、
前記透液層は、その底面を前記防漏シートに対向させて、接着剤を介して該防漏シートに接着されており、
複数層の前記透液層は、その肌に当接する層よりもその前記防漏シートに対向する層の方が繊維密度が密である請求項6記載の吸収性物品。
