【解決手段】鉄道車両用内装材において、ポリマー系材料中に有機化処理したクレー系粒子を少量添加・分散させたポリマー/有機化処理クレー系材料からなり、難燃性・耐摩耗性を有し、かつ機械的強度が高く、劣化特性が良好であることを特徴とする。

Description
〔1〕鉄道車両用内装材において、ポリマー系材料中に有機化処理したクレー系粒子を少量添加・分散させたポリマー/有機化処理クレー系材料からなり、難燃性・耐摩耗性を有し、かつ機械的強度が高く、かつ劣化特性が良好であることを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- ポリマー系材料中に有機化処理したクレー系粒子を少量添加・分散させたポリマー/有機化処理クレー系材料からなり、難燃性・耐摩耗性を有し、かつ機械的強度が高く、劣化特性が良好であることを特徴とする鉄道車両用内装材。
- 請求項1記載の鉄道車両用内装材において、前記ポリマー/有機化処理クレー系材料では有機化処理クレー粒子がポリマー系材料中に10%以下の分量で含まれることを特徴とする鉄道車両用内装材。
- 請求項2記載の鉄道車両用内装材において、前記10%以下の有機化処理クレー粒子の分量が、1.15%であることを特徴とする鉄道車両用内装材。
- 請求項2記載の鉄道車両用内装材において、前記10%以下の有機化処理クレー粒子の分量が、2.3%であることを特徴とする鉄道車両用内装材。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4記載の鉄道車両用内装材において、前記鉄道車両用内装材が鉄道車両用床材であることを特徴とする鉄道車両用内装材。
