Abstract
【解決手段】 接続端子32の板状の先部32dを、バッテリ接続プレート本体1に形成された略E字状の隔壁1c内に凹設したスライド溝1fに挿嵌し、嵌合孔32cに嵌合ボス1hを嵌合し、接続端子32の基部32eを弾性爪1gに嵌合し、規制凸部1i間に接続端子32の幅狭部32bを嵌合する。

また、当然のことながら、端子ビスという構成部材が別途必要になり、組立性はもとより、その管理が必要になったり、経済性にも課題が生じる。
すなわち、請求項1にかかる配線基板における接続端子固定構造は、電線が接続される基部と、その基部と連続するように形成された板状の先部とを備えてなる接続端子と、配線基板の構成面に設けられ、前記先部をスライドさせて前記先部の板幅方向両端部と係合されるスライド溝と、上方に向かって前記構成面から突設され、前記基部を挟持させる弾性爪とを備えてなることを特徴とする。
請求項2にかかる配線基板における接続端子固定構造は、請求項1において、前記スライド溝は、前記構成面に沿うように該構成面上に延設された断面視略コ字状に形成されていることを特徴とする。
請求項3にかかる配線基板における接続端子固定構造は、請求項1または2において、前記先部に嵌合孔が設けられていると共に、前記構成面に該嵌合孔と係合する嵌合ボスが突設されていることを特徴とする。
請求項4にかかる配線基板における接続端子固定構造は、請求項1〜3の何れかにおいて、前記先部は、前記スライド溝と嵌合される幅広部と幅狭部とで略T字状に形成されると共に、該幅狭部を挟むように前記構成面から突設され前記接続端子の引き抜けを抑止させる規制凸部を備えたことを特徴とする。
また、先部に嵌合孔を設け、構成面に該嵌合孔と係合する嵌合ボスが突設したり、先部を略T字状に形成し、先部の幅狭部を挟むように構成面に規制凸部を突設することで、接続端子の引き抜けを抑止することができる。
さらに、接続端子の基部に接続した電線を所望する方向へガイドするガイド部材を構成面に突設したことで、電線と接続端子で構成されるハーネスが整然と配索することができる。
なお、本実施の形態にかかる配線基板における接続端子固定構造は、電気モータを用いた電気自動車や、電気モーターと内燃機関を併用したハイブリッド自動車等において、立てた状態で複数本並設させた略棒状のバッテリセルを、一括して電気的に接続させるバッテリ接続プレート(配線基板)に適用したものを例示している。
そして、電線31をガイド部材1kであるリブ1mとピン1nとの間に挿通し、電線31を所望する方向へガイドして一連の作業を終了する。
Claims (4)
- 電線が接続される基部と、その基部と連続するように形成された板状の先部とを備えてなる接続端子と、
配線基板の構成面に設けられ、前記先部をスライドさせて前記先部の板幅方向両端部と係合されるスライド溝と、
上方に向かって前記構成面から突設され、前記基部を挟持させる弾性爪と
を備えてなることを特徴とする配線基板における接続端子固定構造。 - 前記スライド溝は、前記構成面に沿うように該構成面上に延設された断面視略コ字状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の配線基板における接続端子固定構造。
- 前記先部に嵌合孔が設けられていると共に、前記構成面に該嵌合孔と係合する嵌合ボスが突設されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の配線基板における接続端子固定構造。
- 前記先部は、前記スライド溝と嵌合される幅広部と幅狭部とで略T字状に形成されると共に、該幅狭部を挟むように前記構成面から突設され前記接続端子の引き抜けを抑止させる規制凸部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の配線基板における接続端子固定構造。
