Abstract
【解決手段】酸水素ガスに対して酸水素ガスが爆発下限界未満の濃度となるよう炭化水素ガスを混合した混合ガスを燃焼ガスとし、上記燃焼ガスを燃焼させた切断用加熱炎を切断火口3から噴出させ、上記切断用加熱炎により切断対象である圧延鋼材5を長手方向に溶断する際に、上記切断用加熱炎による切断後に切断箇所の近傍を後加熱しながら切断するようにした。

Claims (6)
- 酸水素ガスに対して酸水素ガスが爆発下限界未満の濃度となるよう炭化水素ガスを混合した混合ガスを燃焼ガスとし、上記燃焼ガスを燃焼させた切断用加熱炎を切断火口から噴出させ、上記切断用加熱炎により切断対象である圧延鋼材を長手方向に溶断することを特徴とする圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
- 上記切断用加熱炎による切断後に切断箇所の近傍を後加熱しながら切断する請求項1記載の圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
- 上記切断用加熱炎による切断前に切断予定箇所の近傍を予備加熱しながら切断する請求項1または2記載の圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
- 上記圧延鋼材が形鋼である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
- 上記形鋼がH形鋼であり、上記切断用加熱炎によりH形鋼のウェブ部分を切断する請求項4記載の圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
- 燃焼ガスを燃焼させた切断用加熱炎を切断火口から噴出させ、上記切断用加熱炎により切断対象である圧延鋼材を長手方向に溶断する圧延鋼材のガス切断方法であって、上記切断用加熱炎による切断後に切断箇所の近傍を後加熱しながら切断することを特徴とする圧延鋼材のガス切断方法。
