Claims (4)
- 電縫鋼管の製造方法において、鋼板を管状に成形加工し、その突合せ端面を電縫溶接する際に、少なくとも、溶接点から、溶接上流側に給電距離の1/5だけ離れた位置までの全範囲にわたる突合せ端面に対して、還元性雰囲気で、かつ1400℃以上の温度を有し、超音速域となるフレーム長が200mm以上で、かつフレーム径が15mm以上である還元性高温燃焼炎を、流速が200m/s以上の条件で吹き付けることを特徴とする、溶接部品質の優れた電縫鋼管の製造方法。
- 電縫鋼管の製造方法において、鋼板を管状に成形加工し、その突合せ端面を電縫溶接する際に、少なくとも、溶接点から、溶接上流側に給電距離の1/5だけ離れた位置までの全範囲にわたる突合せ端面に対して、非酸化性雰囲気で、かつ1400℃以上の温度を有し、フレーム長さが100mm以上で、かつフレーム径8mm以上である非酸化性高温プラズマを、流速が30〜230m/sの条件で吹き付けることを特徴とする、溶接部品質の優れた電縫鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記還元性高温燃焼炎は、CO:1〜5体積%、及び、H:1〜10体積%のうちの1種または2種を含有し、下記(1)式による燃焼反応で生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の溶接部品質の優れた電縫鋼管の製造方法。

z<4x+y、x>0、y>0、z>0、η>0、ξ>0 - 前記非酸化性高温プラズマは、Ar単独ガス、または、ArとN2、H2及びHeのうちの少なくとも一種以上との混合ガスであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の溶接部品質の優れた電縫鋼管の製造方法。
