バリア・ラミネート。 - 前記非接続範囲は、バリア材料からなる領域によって分離される、
請求項1記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 前記平坦化材料は、有機材料である、
請求項1又は2記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 前記平坦化材料は、有機材料と無機材料との組合せである、
請求項1又は2記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 前記バリア材料は、無機材料である、
請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - バリア材料からなる前記領域は、格子パターンを形成する、
請求項2乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 少なくとも1つのバリア材料からなる連続層を更に有する、
請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 前記不連続層は、バリア材料からなる2つの連続層の間に配置される、

請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 前記バリア材料は、SiO2,SiC,Si3N4,TiO2,HfO2、Y2O3,Ta2O5、及びAl2O3で構成される群から選択される、
請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネート。 - 酸素及び/又は水の不浸透フィルムとして請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネートを使用する方法。
- バリア・ラミネートにおける不連続層を製造する方法であって、
平坦化材料からなる連続層を蒸着する段階と、
平坦化材料からなる前記層の領域を取り除く段階と、
前記領域をバリア・マテリアルで充填する段階と、
を有する方法。 - バリア・ラミネートにおける不連続層を製造する方法であって、
平坦化材料のパターン層を蒸着し、それによって平坦化材料が蒸着されていない領域が形成される段階と、
前記領域をバリア材料で充填する段階と、
を有する方法。 - バリア材料による前記領域の前記充填は、前記不連続層上のバリア材料の連続層の前記蒸着と同時に実行される、
請求項15又は16記載の方法。 - 電子素子、又はより特には電子発光素子であって、
活動層と、前記活動層の上方に位置付けられた請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載のバリア・ラミネートとを有し、
前記ラミネートは、平坦化材料を有する前記ラミネートの層の間に不連続層を有し、
前記不連続層は、前記電子発光素子の前記活動層に最も近い、
