Abstract
Description
従って、明らかに好ましくは既存ユニットにも適用可能な、音声チャネルを介してデータを伝送する方法及び装置に対する要望がある。
Claims (14)
- 通信用受信機において音声チャネル上のデータを識別するための方法であって、
音声フレームよりなる信号を受信することと、
前記音声フレームを解析しボコーダパラメータを取得することと、
前記ボコーダパラメータを所定パラメータと比較し比較結果を提供することと、を備え、
前記比較結果が所望の結果であるとき前記音声フレームをデータトラフィックとして処理し、前記比較結果が所望の結果でないとき前記音声フレームを音声トラフィックとして処理する、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記比較することは、前記ボコーダパラメータを有効音声フレームで低発生確率の所定パラメータと比較することを含む、方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記所定パラメータは、前記有効音声フレームについての音声パラメータ及びエネルギーパラメータのいずれか一つである、方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記音声パラメータは高い音声レベルを表すものであり、前記エネルギーパラメータは低い平均信号電力を表すものである、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記比較結果が所望の結果のとき、前記音声フレームは均一に離間された複数のフレームのうちの一つであり、該複数のフレームの各々は追加のデータトラフィックとして処理される、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記音声フレームがデータトラフィックとして処理されるときには、前記音声トラフィックとして処理された前回の音声フレームの結果が繰り返される、方法。 - 音声チャネル上のデータを受信するための通信用受信機であって、
音声フレームよりなる信号を受信する受信機と、
前記受信機に接続される音声チャネルデータプロセッサと、
を備え、
前記音声チャネルデータプロセッサは、
前記音声フレームを解析しボコーダパラメータを取得する解析部と、
前記ボコーダパラメータを所定パラメータと比較し比較結果を提供する比較器と、
前記比較結果が所望の結果のとき前記音声フレームをデータトラフィックとして処理するデータユニットと、を備える通信用受信機。 - 請求項7に記載の通信用受信機はさらに、
前記比較結果が所望の結果でないときに、前記音声フレームを音声トラフィックとして処理するボコーダを備える、通信用受信機。 - 請求項8に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記データユニットが前記音声フレームをデータトラフィックとして処理するときは、前記ボコーダが前記音声トラフィックとして処理した前回の音声フレームの結果が、前記ボコーダによって繰り返される、通信用受信機。 - 請求項7に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記比較器は、前記ボコーダパラメータを有効音声フレームで低発生確率の所定パラメータと比較する、通信用受信機。 - 請求項10に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記所定パラメータは、前記有効音声フレームについての音声パラメータ及びエネルギーパラメータのいずれか一つである、通信用受信機。 - 請求項11に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記音声パラメータは高い音声レベルを表すものであり、前記エネルギーパラメータは低い平均信号電力を表すものである、通信用受信機。 - 請求項7に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記比較結果が所望の結果のとき、前記音声フレームは均一に離間された複数のフレームのうちの一つであり、該複数のフレームの各々は追加のデータトラフィックとして処理される、通信用受信機。 - 請求項7に記載の通信用受信機において、
前記データユニットは、前記音声フレームを、電話番号、名前、住所、予定時間、予定データ、住所までの道順、及び、ショートテキストメッセージのうちの一つを含むデータトラフィックとして処理する、通信用受信機。
