Claims (8)
- 特に自動車燃料タンク向けの多層共押出成形品からなるプラスチック製押出ブロー成形注入管(1)であって、各管端部にそれぞれ端口部(7)を有し、各端口部にはフランジ及び/又は接合対象部材との溶接用の端面(8)が設けられているものにおいて、互いに異なる管端部に位置する少なくとも2つの端口部(7)が共に予め校正された肉厚と内径を有することを特徴とする押出ブロー成形注入管。
- 注入管が少なくとも2つの平面内において共に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- 注入管が継目無し(バリ無し)に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- 注入管(1)の横断面で共押出パリソンの内壁層(2)が少なくとも端口部(7)の溶接用端面(8)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- 注入管が炭化水素に対するバリヤ層(4)を含み、バリヤ層が炭化水素に対して難透過性又は不透過性のプラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- バリヤ層がEVOH(エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体)からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- バリヤ層がポリエチレン層中に完全に埋封されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
- 注入管が5層又は6層の多層共押出ブロー成形品からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の押出ブロー成形注入管。
