空気:プロパン(LPG)≧25:1
空気:ブタン≧32:1
100×150×3.2mmのシートをKloeckner FH160射出成形機でMakrolon 3103およびMakrolon AL 2647から射出成形によって製造した。加工前にポリカーボネート顆粒を0.01%以下の残存湿度まで循環乾燥オーブン中120℃で12時間乾燥させた。溶融温度は300℃であった。金型を90℃まで加熱した。型締圧770barおよび追従圧700barであった。射出成形プロセスのための総サイクル時間は48.5秒であった。
ラボ実験におけるダスト体積をテストするために、射出成形またはさらに表面処理されたシートを渦巻くダストを有する大気に暴露した。この目的を達成するために、三角形の断面を有する長さ80mmのマグネチックスターラーを備えた2リットルビーカーをダスト(活性カーボン 炭粉/20g、Riedel-de-Haen、Seelze、ドイツ、品番号18003)を約1cmの高さまで充填した。ダストはマグネチックスターラーの補助によって渦を巻く。スターラーを止めたときに試験片を7秒間このダスト雰囲気へ暴露した。使用する試験片に依存して、多かれ少なかれほこりは試験片上に積もる。
表面張力は、DIN EN 828より、表面張力の極性量は、および「Einige Aspekte der Benetzungstheorie und ihre Anwendungen auf die Untersuchung der Veraenderung der Oberflaecheneigenschaften von Polymeren」in Farbe und Lack、第77巻、10番、1971年、997頁以下中式(8)により決定した。
Claims (9)
- 成形部品のポリカーボネート表面が、火炎処理、コロナまたはプラズマ処理によって処理されることを特徴とする、低吸塵性を有するポリカーボネート成形部品の製造方法。
- ポリカーボネート成形部品の表面張力が、極性量よりも20%高いことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート成形部品の製造方法。
- ポリカーボネート成形部品の表面が、火炎処理およびシリコン、アルミニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、錫、インジウムおよび/またはセリウムの酸化化合物から実質的になる層の付着によって、および/または特に上記元素の揮発性化合物および/またはエアロゾルを燃焼ガス/空気混合物に添加することによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種のテトラアルコキシシランが、前記層の製造に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理が、連続的火炎処理プラント中で処理量1〜40m/分、特に1〜20m/分で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理が、連続的コロナプラント中で処理量1〜20m/分、特に2〜10m/分および/または出力500〜4000W、特に1500〜3500Wで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理が、プラズマチャンバー中で1〜10−2mbarおよび処理ガスの存在下で出力200〜4000Wで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の方法によって得られ得る、ポリカーボネート成形部品の使用。
- 請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の方法によって得られ得る、プラスチック拡散器(diffuser)。
