Abstract

Claims (16)
- 薄膜を通って第1流体から第2流体に気体の通過をもたらす接触器装置であって、
ハウジング内部に配置された円筒プリーツ形薄膜カートリッジであって、
前記ハウジングが第1流体用の第1入口および第1出口と第2流体用の少なくとも1つの第2出口とをもつ薄膜カートリッジと、
前記第1流体用の第1流路内部に配置された少なくとも1つのバッフルとを含む接触器装置。 - 複数のバッフルをもつ請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバッフルが、前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のバッフルが、前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバッフルが、前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のバッフルが、前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1流体を請求項1の装置の前記第1入口に導入するステップと、前記第1流体を前記第1出口から取り除くステップと、前記第2入口に真空を適用するステップとを含む気体を第1流体から取り除く方法。
- 前記第2入口が前記カートリッジのコアと流体連通し、前記バッフルが前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2入口が前記カートリッジの外側表面と流体連通し、前記バッフルが前記カートリッジの内側表面に配置される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1流体を請求項1の装置の前記第1入口に導入するステップと、前記第1流体を前記第1出口から導入するステップと、前記第2入口に加圧気体を導入するステップとを含む気体を第1流体から取り除く方法。
- 前記第2入口が前記カートリッジのコアと流体連通し、前記バッフルが前記カートリッジの外側表面に配置される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2入口が前記カートリッジの外側表面と流体連通し、前記バッフルが前記カートリッジの内側表面に配置される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧気体がオゾンである請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧気体がオゾンである請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧気体がオゾンである請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記バッフルの少なくとも1つが、前記カートリッジのプリーツの間の間隙に延びるように配置された歯を含む請求項1、2、3、4、5または6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
