Abstract
Description
一つの特に好ましい配置に於いて、図2で概略的に、硫黄含有化合物は、溶媒(物理的、化学的又はこれらの混合物)が、好ましくは硫化水素の方に選択的である、溶媒系プロセスを使用して、シフト化合成ガスから除去される。このようにして除去された硫黄含有化合物は、硫黄プラント(典型的に、クラウス法又はこの改良法)で処理され、シフト化され及び脱硫された合成ガスは、二酸化炭素富化排出ガス(これは、乾燥され、及び自己冷凍プロセスを使用して液化される)から水素を分離するための膜装置を通過する。膜装置からの水素は、再圧縮され、次いで(場合により、自己冷凍装置オフガスと組み合わせて)タービン燃焼器に供給され及び/又は更にPSAを使用して精製される。最も好ましい側面に於いて、タービン燃焼器は、電気エネルギーを作る発電機に運転的に結合されており、及び煙道ガスの熱は、スチームタービン発電機を駆動するための高圧スチームを発生する熱回収スチーム発生器(HRSG)を使用して取り出される。

Claims (21)
- 吸収装置を含むガス処理プラントであって、吸収装置内で、供給原料ガス中に含有されている二酸化炭素から製造される液体二酸化炭素が、供給原料ガス中に含有されている硫化水素から製造される硫化カルボニルを吸収するプラント。
- 硫化カルボニルが、乾燥装置内で硫化水素から形成され、及び、乾燥装置が、吸収装置に対して、流体的に及び上流に結合されている、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 供給原料ガスに合成ガスが含まれ、この合成ガスが、吸収装置に対して流体的に及び上流に結合されているシフトコンバータによって供給される、請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 更に、吸収装置に対して、流体的に及び下流に結合されている分離装置を含み、この分離装置が、液体二酸化炭素から硫化カルボニルを分離するように配置されている、請求項1に記載のプラント。
