Description
本発明は注出可能食品(pourable food product)のパッケージ製造に使用できる誘導シーリング(induction sealing)装置および方法に関する。
よく知られているように、多くの注出可能食品(たとえば、フルーツまたは野菜ジュース、低温滅菌またはUHT(超高温処理;Ultra High Temperature treated)されたミルク、ワイン、等)は滅菌された包装材料で作られたパッケージとして販売される。
既知の装置の欠点を解消するように設計されたシーリング装置を提供することが本発明の目的である。
Claims (11)
- プラスチック材料(16)で被覆された誘導加熱可能な材料の少なくとも1層(12)を含むシート包装材料のチューブ(13)を横方向にシーリングして注出可能食品のパッケージを製造するのに使用することができる誘導シーリング装置であって、前記シーリング装置は、
−交流電力信号S(ω)を発生する発生手段(3)と、
−交流電力信号S(ω)を受信して前記層(12)内に寄生電流を誘起して前記プラスチック材料(16)を局部的に溶かし横方向シールを形成する少なくとも1つのインダクタ(4)と、
−前記発生手段(3)と前記インダクタ(4)との間で最適電力伝達を達成する整合回路(7)と、を含み、
前記整合回路(7)は誘導性−容量性回路を含み、その少なくとも1つの誘導性要素(23a,23)は少なくとも1つの可変容量・容量性要素(20,24,25,26,27)に接続され、容量性要素の容量は電流−電圧位相角がゼロに近づくように調節できる前記誘導シーリング装置。 - 請求項1に記載のシーリング装置であって、前記誘導性要素(23)と前記容量性要素(20,24,25,26,27)とは互いに並列である前記シーリング装置。

- 請求項4に記載のシーリング装置であって、各スイッチング装置(24a,25a,26a,27a)は互いに接続されたエミッタ(E)と、主キャパシタ(20)に通じる電線(21)および各補助キャパシタ(24−27)の端子にそれぞれ通じるコレクタ(C)とを有する第1および第2のIGBTトランジスタ(40a,40b)を含み、前記IGBTトランジスタ(40a,40b)のゲート(G)は互いに接続され、電圧コマンドVdaを受信して前記IGBTトランジスタ(40a,40b)をターン・オン/オフする前記シーリング装置。
- 請求項5に記載のシーリング装置であって、少なくとも1つの抵抗(46)がIGBTトランジスタ(40a,40b)のゲート(G)およびエミッタ(E)間に挿入され、前記抵抗(46)はIGBTトランジスタがオフとされる時にそれらの内部キャパシタに蓄えられた電流の放電を行う前記シーリング装置。
- 請求項5記載のシーリング装置であって、少なくとも1つのツェナーダイオード(48)が各IGBTトランジスタ(40a,40b)のゲート(G)およびエミッタ(E)間に挿入され、前記ツェナーダイオード(48)はIGBTトランジスタの電圧Vgeを予め定められた最大値に制限する前記シーリング装置。
- 請求項1に記載のシーリング装置であって、前記誘導性要素(23a,23)は可変インダクタンス値を有し、前記インダクタンス値は前記整合回路のインピーダンスが、たとえば50オームのような、最適インピーダンス値Zottに近い値をとって前記発生手段(3)から前記インダクタ(4)への電力伝達を最大化するように調整される前記シーリング装置。
- 請求項8に記載のシーリング装置であって、前記誘導性要素(23a,23)は各ターンに関連付けられたいくつかの入力(50)を有し、選択されると、変圧器(23)の異なる変圧比を作り出す1次巻線を有する変圧器(23)を含むシーリング装置。
- プラスチック材料(16)で被覆された誘導加熱可能な材料の少なくとも1層(12)を含むシート包装材料のチューブ(13)を横方向にシーリングして注出可能食品のパッケージを製造するのに使用することができる誘導シーリング方法であって、前記方法は、
−発生器(3)により交流電力信号S(ω)を発生するステップ(3)と、
−少なくとも1つのインダクタ(4)に前記交流電力信号S(ω)を供給して前記層(12)内に寄生電流を誘起し前記プラスチック材料(16)を局部的に溶かして横方向シールを形成するステップと、
−前記発生器(3)および前記インダクタ(4)間の電力伝達を整合回路(7)により最適化する、ステップと、を含み、
前記最適化ステップは少なくとも1つの誘導性要素(23a,23)に接続された少なくとも1つの容量性要素(20,24,25,26,27)の容量を電流−電圧位相角がゼロに近づくように調節するステップを含む前記シーリング方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、前記発生器から見たインピーダンスが、たとえば50オームのような、最適インピーダンス値Zottに近い値をとって前記発生器(3)から前記インダクタ(4)への電力伝達を最大化するように前記誘導性要素のインダクタ値を調整するステップを含む前記シーリング方法。
