Abstract
Description
CH2=CH−Si(OR)3、ビニルトリアルコキシシラン
CH2=CH−CH2−Si(OR)3、アリルトリアルコキシシラン
CH2=CR1−CO−O−Y−Si(OR)3、(メタ)アクリルオキシアルキルトリアルコキシシラン(又は(メタ)アクリルシラン)
式中、Rは1〜5個の炭素原子を有するアルキル又はアルコキシ−R2OR3(式中、R2及びR3は組合せユニットR2及びR3に対して多くとも5個の炭素原子を有するアルキルである)であり、R1は水素又はメチルであり、Yは1〜5個の炭素原子を有するアルキレンである。
CH2=CH−Si−(OCH3)3、ビニルトリメトキシシラン(VTMO)
CH2=CH−Si−(OCH2CH3)3、ビニルトリエトキシシラン(VTEO)
CH2=CH−Si−(OCH2OCH2CH3)3、ビニルトリメトキシエトキシシラン(VTMOEO)
及び、(3−(メタアクリルオキシ)プロピル)トリメトキシシラン、
CH2=C(CH3)−CO−O−(CH2)3−Si(OCH3)3 。
Claims (20)
- 不飽和アルコキシシランでグラフト化されたポリオレフィンを含む包装用ラミネート用の結合剤において、前記グラフト化ポリオレフィンが前記結合剤中で非グラフト化ポリオレフィンと混合されていることを特徴とする前記結合剤。
- 前記グラフト化ポリオレフィン及び前記非グラフト化ポリオレフィンが同じタイプのポリオレフィン、好ましくはポリエチレン・タイプのポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項1による結合剤。
- 該グラフト化ポリオレフィンを重量で30〜70%、好ましくは40〜60%、更に好ましくは45〜55%含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2による結合剤。
- 前記結合剤が前記グラフト化ポリオレフィン及び前記非グラフト化ポリオレフィンの乾燥混合物により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の任意の1項による結合剤。
- 前記結合剤が前記グラフト化ポリオレフィン及び前記非グラフト化ポリオレフィンのコンパウンド混合物により構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の任意の1項による結合剤。
- 酸化珪素(13a)で被覆されたフィルム(11a)を含む包装用ラミネート(10,30,40,50)において、請求項1〜5の任意の1項による結合剤の結合剤層(18a)を含み、該結合剤が該ラミネート中で該酸化珪素を隣接層に結合するように配置されていることを特徴とする前記ラミネート。
- 前記結合剤が該結合剤層(18a)に乾燥質量に基き計算して2〜35g/m2、好ましくは5〜30g/m2、更に好ましくは10〜25g/m2で存在することを特徴とする請求項6による包装用ラミネート。
- 該酸化珪素(13a)と接触して配置されている前記結合剤層(18a)が前記グラフト化ポリオレフィンを含まないポリオレフィン層(22)と一緒に同時押出されていることを特徴とする請求項6及び7の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 請求項6〜8の任意の1項による包装用ラミネートであって、紙又は板紙バルク層(15)、ヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの第一最外層(16)、及びメタロセン・ポリエチレン材料を含む該ラミネートの反対側にあるヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの第二最外層(17a)を含むことを特徴とする前記包装用ラミネート。
- 前記メタロセン・ポリエチレン材料がメタロセン・低密度ポリエチレン材料、好ましくはメタロセン・鎖状低密度ポリエチレン材料であることを特徴とする請求項9による包装用ラミネート。
- 該第二最外層(17a)の坪量が乾燥計算で5〜30g/m2、好ましくは8〜25g/m2、更に好ましくは10〜20g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項9〜10の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- ヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの該第二層(17a)と直接接触して配置され、好ましくはそれと一緒に同時押出されたヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの第三層(17b)を特徴とする請求項9〜11の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 該SiOx(x=1.7〜2.0)気体障壁層(13a)がプラズマ促進化学蒸着されており、50〜500Å、好ましくは80〜300Åの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項6〜12の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 該フィルム(11a)上の該SiOx気体障壁層(13a)が該紙又は板紙バルク層(15)の方を向き、該紙又は板紙バルク層とヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの該第二最外層(17a)との間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項9〜13の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 該SiOx気体障壁層(13a)が前記結合剤層(18a)により該紙又は板紙バルク層(15)に直接結合していることを特徴とする請求項14による包装用ラミネート。
- 該フィルム(11a)上の該SiOx気体障壁層(13a)が該紙又は板紙バルク層(15)から面をそらし、該紙又は板紙バルク層とヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの該第二最外層(17a)との間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項9〜13の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 該SiOx気体障壁層(13a)が前記結合剤層(18a)によりヒートシール性ポリオレフィンの該第二最外層(17a)に直接結合していることを特徴とする請求項16による包装用ラミネート。
- ポリマー・キャリヤー層(11b)上に塗布されたSiOxの第二気体障壁層(13b)を含み、SiOxの該第一及び第二気体障壁層が該紙又は板紙バルク層(15)の反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9〜17の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート。
- 請求項18及び請求項9〜15の任意の1項による包装用ラミネートであって、該ラミネートにおいて該SiOx気体障壁層(13a、13b)が互いに向き合うように配置されていることを特徴とする前記包装用ラミネート。
- 請求項6〜19の任意の1項による包装用ラミネート(10,30,40,50)から製造された包装容器(60)。
