最内層部分が、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)の中間層と、メタロセン又はメタロセン型触媒で生成された直鎖低密度ポリエチレン(mLLDPE)の最内層とを有し、最内層が、包装用ラミネートから作製された包装容器の内面を構成し、最内層部分と接着性ポリマー層とが、包装用ラミネートの内側ポリマー層を構成し、

(4g/m2)4.4μmの厚さのmLLDPEの中心層と、中心層の両側にあるそれぞれ(4g/m2)4.4μmの厚さのLDPEの結合及び支持層とを有し、全ラミネート層部分が(12g/m2)13.2μm厚である本発明によるラミネート層部分、及び純粋なmLLDPEの最内層を含む(25g/m2)27.2μmの全内側封緘層。内側層構造は、(6g/m2)6.4μmの接着性ポリマー、(10g/m2)10.9μmのLDPE、及び(9g/m2)9.9μmのmLLDPEである。

(30g/m2)32.6μmのLDPEのラミネート層、及び(19g/m2)20.9μmのブレンドのヒートシール性層と、(6g/m2)6.4μmの接着層と、(20g/m2)21.7μmのLDPEの中間層との最内層部分。すなわち、全内側層の厚さは49.0μmであり、最内層のブレンドは70wt%のmLLDPEと30wt%のLDPEとのブレンドである。
(20g/m2)21.7μmのLDPEのラミネート層、及び(15g/m2)16.5μmのブレンドのヒートシール性層と、(6g/m2)6.4μmの接着層と、(14g/m2)15.2μmのLDPEの中間層との最内層部分。すなわち、全内側層の厚さは(35g/m2)38.1μmであり、ブレンドは70wt%のmLLDPE及び30wt%のLDPEである。
(6g/m2)6.6μm厚のmLLDPEの中心層と、中心層の両側にあるそれぞれ(7g/m2)7.6μm厚のLDPEの結合及び支持層とを有し、全ラミネート層部分が(20g/m2)21.8μm厚である本発明によるラミネート層部分、及び純粋なmLLDPE最内層を有する(39g/m2)μmの全内側封緘層。内側層構造は、(6g/m2)6.4μmの接着性ポリマー層、(27g/m2)29.3μmの中間LDPE層、及び(7g/m2)7.7μmのmLLDPEの最内層である。

Claims (16)
- 液体カートン包装用ラミネートであって、以下のラミネートされた層部分:
a.熱可塑性ポリマーの液密なヒートシール性最外層であり、最外とは、包装用ラミネートから作製された包装容器の外側に向いていることを意味する、最外層(21)、
b.カートン又は板紙のバルク層であり、バルク層の外側に液密なヒートシール性最外層が施された、バルク層(11)、
c.バリア層部分(12)、
d.バルク層の反対側の内側をバリア層部分に接合する、ラミネーション層部分(13)、
e.バリア層部分の反対側の内側に施された、液密なヒートシール性ポリマーの最内層部分(17)、
f.任意選択により、最内層部分をバリア層部分に接合する、4〜9μmの厚さを有する接着性ポリマーの層(20)、
を有し、
最内層部分が、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)の中間層(19)と、メタロセン又はメタロセン型触媒で生成された直鎖低密度ポリエチレン(mLLDPE)の最内層(18)とを有し、最内層が、包装用ラミネートから作製された包装容器の内面を構成し、最内層部分と接着層とが、内側ポリマー層(13a)を構成し、

液体カートン包装用ラミネート。 - mLLDPEポリマーが、190℃、2.16kgで10〜25、例えば、15〜25g/10分のメルトフローインデックス(ISO1133)を有し、一方、LDPEポリマーが、190℃、2.16kgで4〜12g/10分のメルトフローインデックス(ISO1133)を有する、請求項1に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 最内層(18)のmLLDPEが、ラミネート層部分の中心層(14)に使用されるものと同じである、請求項1又は2に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 内側層部分の中間層のLDPEポリマーが、ラミネート層部分の支持層に使用されるものと同じである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 内側層部分の中間層のLDPEポリマーが、外側層に使用されるものと同じである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- バリア層部分(12)がアルミニウム箔である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 接着性ポリマー(20)が、190℃、2.16kgで4〜12g/10分のメルトフローインデックス(ISO1133)を有し、3〜10質量%のカルボン酸官能基含有量を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 内側ポリマー層(13a)の総厚の、ラミネート層部分(13)の厚さに対する厚さ比が、1より大きい、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- バルク層(11)が、50〜450g/m2の表面質量を有する板紙である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- ラミネート層部分の中心層が、4〜8μmの厚さを有し、全ラミネート層部分の厚さの40%以下を構成し、全ラミネート層部分が25μm以下の総厚を有し、最内層の厚さが6〜15μmであり、内側ポリマー層の総厚の50%以下を構成し、内側ポリマー層の総厚が40μm以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 内側ポリマー層の総厚の、ラミネート層部分の厚さに対する厚さ比が、1.3より大きく、例えば1.5より大きく、例えば1.8より大きく、例えば2.0より大きい、請求項10に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- バルク層(11)が、100〜400g/m2、例えば100〜350g/m2、例えば100〜250g/m2の表面質量を有する板紙である、請求項10又は11に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネート。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネートを製造するための方法であって、
mLLDPEの中心層を少なくとも1層のLDPEの支持層と一緒に、バルク層のウェブとバリア層のウェブとの間に溶融共押出し、ローラーニップ内で溶融ポリマーを一緒にプレスしながら固化させることによって、バルク層のウェブをバリア層部分のウェブに押出ラミネートする工程、
mLLDPEの最内層を少なくともLDPEの中間層と一緒に、バリア層部分を含むウェブ表面上に溶融共押出コーティングする更なる工程
を含む、方法。 - ラミネート層部分の全てのポリマー層が、一回の溶融押出操作で一緒に共押出される、請求項13に記載の液体カートン包装用ラミネートを製造するための方法。
