Abstract
Description
太陽エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するための同一または異なる光電池のアレイの支持パネル、
適した特性を有する被覆によって、太陽放射を上記パネルに集中させる反射パネル、
表面の熱光学特性(熱放散)のために使用されるパネルである。
前記ヒンジが、
スタッキング構成および展開段階では、パネルをアンスタッキング構成に移動させる傾向がある連続する駆動トルクを生成する機能と、
アンスタッキング構成では、パネルをアンスタッキング構成に機械的に保持する機能との、二重の機能を有する少なくとも1つのカルパンチェ(Carpentier)リーフスプリング接合部で形成されることを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- パネルが互いに重ね合わされたスタッキング構成から、パネルが実質的に同じ平面に配置されるアンスタッキングまたは展開構成に、旋回するように対でヒンジが付けられた太陽発電機の少なくとも2つの隣接するパネル(4〜7)で形成され、2つのパネルが、少なくとも1つのヒンジによってともに連結されている、ヒンジ付きアセンブリ(1)であって、
前記ヒンジが、
スタッキング構成および展開段階では、パネルをアンスタッキング構成に移動させる傾向がある連続する駆動トルクを生成する機能と、
アンスタッキング構成では、パネルをアンスタッキング構成に機械的に保持する機能との、二重の機能を有するカルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部(11)だけで形成され、
前記カルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部が、該接合部が連結するパネルの下に延びて、パネルの支持構造体を形成することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 2つの隣接するパネルの間の連結部を形成する複数のカルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部が、カルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部(11、11’)の交差した連続部を提供して、2つの隣接するパネルが折りたたまれるときに逆方向の駆動トルクを生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- パワー電流が、カルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部と同じ機械的特性を有する材料を使用するワイヤリングハーネスによって、パネルの間で送られることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 宇宙船が、パネルをスタッキング構成に保持するためのパレット(8)を備え、重ね合わされた構成では、前記パレットが、パネルの平面に対して平行の平面に置かれ、各パレットが、パレットをパネルの展開空間の外に移動させる傾向がある駆動トルクを加えるように構成された少なくとも1つの第2のカルパンチェリーフスプリング接合部(10)によって、宇宙船の固定構造に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- パレットの幾何形状および領域が、重ね合わされた構成で、パレットが上部パネルの表面の一部だけを覆うように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のヒンジ付きアセンブリを備えることを特徴とする宇宙船、特に衛星。
