Claims (11)
- 押出し−ブロー法もしくは同時押出し−ブロー法において製造されるポリオレフィン及び/又はポリオレフィンとポリアミドとの組合せ物からなる延伸されるプラスチック−フィルムの製造方法において、
第一の延伸をブロー法の間に二軸で行い、前記の第一の延伸にさらなる延伸が後接続されていることを特徴とする、延伸されるプラスチック−フィルムの製造方法。 - 第二の延伸を第一の延伸の直後に行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第二の延伸を第一の延伸から独立して行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第一の延伸を二軸で同時に行う、請求項1、2又は3記載の方法。
- 延伸のためにブローされるフィルムの温度を、製造に使用されるプラスチック−材料に応じて90〜180℃に調節する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィルムの温度調節のために第二の延伸の前に、フィルム温度を約100〜180℃に調節する温度調節ロールを使用する、請求項5記載の方法。
- フィルムを、第二の延伸の前に放熱器を用いて約100〜180℃の所望の延伸温度に加熱する、請求項5記載の方法。
- フィルムを延伸後に温度調節し、その際にフィルム中で90〜180℃の温度を達成する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィルムをワインディングの前に冷却する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィルムを片面又は両面でシリコーン処理する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 内層を完成した形で供給し、この上へついで別の層を同時押出し−ブロー法において施与する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
