Claims (12)
- 魚の養殖、収容、輸送のために海で使用する囲い網であって、特に、前記囲い網中における魚の養殖、収容、輸送は、その全体或いは一部が岩礁外の外洋海域で行われ、前記囲い網は必要なときには水中に沈降させることができ、前記囲い網は、該網の保守・点検及び収獲等の各種作業を実施する際には準水没状態へと上昇させることができ、実質的にデュアルの湾曲体形状を有し実質的に水平な軸の周りに回転可能とされている囲い網において、
前記囲い網は、主としてPolyEthylene Low Density (PELD)やPolyEthylene High Density (PEHD)、好ましくはPEHD、等のポリエチレン又はポリエチレン様の材料で製作された可撓性を有する支索(1、2、3、4)からなる枠体を含み、水平或いは実質的に水平なセンターポール5が前記囲い網を通るように延設され、ここで該センターポールは前記囲い網に対する支持構造及び取付け部材として十分機能しうる硬度を有すると共に、該センターポールは、該センターポール中の水量を調節することによって、更に前記構造体に対する浮力調節要素としても機能することを特徴とする、囲い網。 - 主としてポリエチレン又はポリエチレン様の材料から成る前記枠体が、更に炭素繊維等の繊維や繊維様材料など、その他の構造部材を一定量含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の囲い網。
- 作業デッキを備え形状が蹄鉄状又は実質的に蹄鉄状であるトラスが前記センターポールの両端に取付けられており、本装置が準水没位置或いは実質的に準水没浮揚位置にあるとき、前記作業デッキを備えた前記トラスが、前記装置で作業する作業員のための場所(haunt)或いはプラットフォームとして機能するものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の囲い網。
- 前記囲い網がスウェイ・アンカリングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 前記囲い網がテンション・レッグ・アンカリングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 外部プラットフォーム又は他の浮き体がエネルギーや圧縮空気等の生命維持機能物のための貯蔵庫として機能し、これら機能物は、一以上の囲い網ライフラインを構成する管状体を通って囲い網に移送されることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 請求項3に記載の囲い網であって、船渠ユニットを結合した作業デッキを含む蹄鉄形状又は実質的に蹄鉄形状のトラスと組み合わされており、作業デッキは主としてトラス部材、フェンダー、及び浮力調節要素からなり、ここで前記浮力は該要素中の水量の調節によって行われ、前記船渠ユニットを含む蹄鉄形状体は囲い網下方の位置に沈下できるように配置されていることを特徴とする囲い網。
- 前記囲い網は楕円形若しくは実質的に楕円形又は球形であることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 前記囲い網はカプセル形状、即ち、中間部が実質的に筒状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 前記枠体は引網又は格子状体で覆われており、好ましくは引網又は格子状体モジュールはそれらの各々が別個のウインドーを覆うように用いられ、各ウインドーは、枠体を構成している異なる支索(1、2、3、4)によって画定されていることを特徴とする、先の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の囲い網。
- 前記引網モジュールの取付けは、前記枠体の支索(1、2、3、4)に取付けられたレール25と、引網モジュールの端部に沿って設けられたレール取付け部材(24)によって達成され、このレール取付け部材(24)はレール(25)に差し込まれ、これによって引網モジュールを恒久的に伸張した状態に保たつことができるものであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の囲い網。
- 引網モジュールの取付けは支索及び引網の端部に沿った取付けリング(21)によってなされ、ここで前記リングにはロープ(22)が通されて囲い網が完全に或いは略完全に引網によって閉じられるように前記ロープで締めつけられて、各引網モジュール横に沿う余分な引網は結合部の上に折畳まれ、引網に埋め込まれたジップ・ファスナーで結合され、これによって囲い網は引網によって完全に閉じられ、魚を逃がさないようにすることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の囲い網。
