Abstract
Description
図1は、第2衝突量wjに対する第1衝突量AAAの概略プロットを示しており、これは(点で示されている)比較的重大な衝突事故および(破線で示されている)比較的軽微な衝突事故に相応して搭乗者保護手段を駆動制御するためのものであり、またこれに依存して第1および第2閾値の経過が実線で示されており、これらは搭乗者保護手段の第1点火ステップに対してはth1aおよびth2a、第2点火ステップに対してはth1bおよびth2b、第3点火ステップに対してはth1cおよびth2cであり、
図2は、第2衝突量wvに対する第1衝突量AAAの概略プロットを示しており、これは(点で示されている)比較的重大な衝突事故および(破線で示されている)比較的軽微な衝突事故に相応して搭乗者保護手段を駆動制御するためのものであり、またこれに依存して搭乗者保護手段の第1点火ステップの第1閾値th1aおよび第2閾値th2a,第2点火ステップの第1閾値th1bおよび第2閾値th2b、ならびに第3点火ステップの第1閾値th1cおよび第2閾値th2cの経過が実線で示されており、

図4および5は、本発明の方法において使用される本発明の装置を示している。
Claims (11)
- 車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する方法であって、
− クラッシュセンサ(1)によって衝突信号(a)を供給し、有利には加速度検出器(1)によって加速度信号(a)を供給し、
− 前記衝突信号から導出した第1衝突量(AAA)と、第1トリガ閾値(th1a,th1b,th1c)とを比較し、
− 前記衝突信号(a)から導出した第2衝突量(wj,wv,ws)と、第2トリガ閾値(th2a,th2b,th2c)とを比較し、
− 前記の第1および第2トリガ閾値(th1a,th1b,th1c,th2a,th2b,th2c)を上回ったことに依存して搭乗者保護手段を制御する形式の、車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する方法において、
前記第1衝突量(AAA)を衝突信号(a)の絶対値から導出することを特徴とする、
車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する方法。(図1〜3) - 前記第1衝突量(AAA)は、低域濾波されたデジタル値である、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。(図1〜3) - 車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する装置であって、
− 車両衝突中に加速度を検出する加速度検出器(1)と、
− 該加速度検出器(1)によって形成される加速度信号(a)を複数の衝突信号(AAA,wj;wv,ws)に変換するために、該加速度検出器(1)に接続されている複数の加速度信号処理ユニット(2,3)と、
− 各加速度信号処理ユニット(2,3)の信号出力側(22,32)に接続されている評価ユニット(4)とを有し、
該評価ユニットにより、供給される衝突信号(AAA,wj;wv,ws)が評価され、また少なくとも2つの衝突量(AAA,wj;wv,ws)が各トリガ閾値(th1a,th1b,th1c,th2a,th2b,th2c)を上回る場合、搭乗者保護手段のトリガユニット(5)にトリガ信号が出力される形式の、車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する装置において、
− 第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)は、絶対値形成ユニット(6)を有しており、該絶対値形成ユニットの入力側には前記加速度信号(a)が供給され、またその出力側(62)には、検出した加速度信号(a)の絶対値が得られ、
− 絶対値形成ユニット(6)の信号出力側(62)は、第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)の信号出力側(22)に通じており、
− 前記の第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)の信号出力側(22)にて前記第1衝突量(AAA)が得られ、
− 前記の加速度検出器(1)の加速度信号(a)と、前記第2加速度信号処理ユニット(3)の信号入力側(31)とは接続されており、該第2加速度信号処理ユニット(32)の信号出力側(32)にて、前記加速度信号(a)から導出される第2衝突量(wj;wv,ws)が得られ、該第2衝突量が評価ユニット(4)の第2信号入力側(42)に供給されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法にしたがって車両の搭乗者保護手段を制御する装置。(図4) - 前記の第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)は、絶対値形成ユニット(6)に後置接続された第1積分ユニット(7)を有しており、
該第1積分ユニットは、絶対値形成ユニット(6)の信号出力側(62)と、第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)の信号出力側(22)との間に接続されており、これによって第1加速度信号処理ユニット(2)の信号出力側(22)にて有利には式
ここでtnは、第1衝突量(AAA)を決定する時点であり、
b+1は、総和の項の数であり、
iは、総和を形成するための、i=n−bからnまでの総和のインデックスであり、
msは、物理単位のミリ秒である、

− ホールド素子(8)の信号出力側(82)は、前記加算/減算ユニット(9)の第1信号入力側(82)に接続されており、
− 加算/減算ユニット(9)の第2信号入力側(92)には第1衝突量(AAA)が直接加えられており、
− 加算/減算ユニット(9)の信号出力側(94)は、第2加速度信号処理ユニット(3)の信号出力側(32)にも、加算/減算ユニット(9)の第3信号入力側(93)に共に接続されており、
これによって、第2加速度信号処理ユニット(3)の信号出力側(32)に有利には式
