Claims (13)
- 基板(3,4)間に配置されかつ接続導体(5)によって直列に接続された複数の光起電力電池(2)と、モジュール(1)の外部コネクタ・ピン(13)とを備える、光起電力モジュール(1)であって、
前記モジュールの端部に配置された電池に結合された前記接続導体に電気的に接続された少なくとも1つのコネクタ(11)を外部コネクタに接続するように、前記モジュール(1)の一端部に固定された絶縁材料のブロック(15)を備え、
前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)は、前記モジュール(1)の前記端部に接着され、前記コネクタ(11)の内側端部と、前記モジュール(1)の前記端部に配置される電池(2b)に結合される前記接続導体(5)の自由端部との間の接点は、変形によって生成される圧力によって実現されることを特徴とするモジュール。 - 前記変形は、前記モジュール(1)の前記端部に配置された前記電池(2b)に結合された前記接続導体(5)の前記自由端部で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記変形は、前記コネクタ(11)の前記内側端部で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記導体(11)は、錫メッキされた銅、ステンレス鋼、チタン、鉄ニッケル合金、銅ニッケル合金、およびベリリウム・ベースの合金を含むグループから選択された材料で作られることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュール(1)の前記端部に配置された電池(2b)に結合された前記接続導体(5)は、錫メッキされた銅、ステンレス鋼、チタン、鉄ニッケル合金、銅ニッケル合金、およびベリリウム・ベースの合金を含むグループから選択された材料で作られることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記コネクタ(11)は、50μmから500μmの厚み、および1mmから100mmの幅を有する金属ブレードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュール(1)の内部に、前記電池(2)が配置される緊密内部空間を画定するように、2つの基板(3,4)間に配置されたシール(12)を備え、
前記コネクタは、前記シールを隙間無く通過する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。 - 負圧が、前記緊密内部空間の内側に生成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のモジュール。
- 前記外部コネクタは、前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)内で前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)に入る前記コネクタ(11)の前記端部に接続された導電ワイヤ(16)であり、前記絶縁材料がポリマー材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記コネクタ(11)は、前記緊密空間の外部で前記基板(3,4)の間に配置された平坦なコネクタの雌部分(17)によって終端され、
前記外部コネクタは、前記平坦なコネクタの雄部分(18)を形成するピンによって前記コネクタ(11)に接続され、かつ前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)の開口に一体化される雌部分(19)によって終端される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のモジュール。 - 少なくとも1つのL形状のコネクタ(11)は、前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)に入り、直角(20)を形成し、前記ピン(13)の円筒状開口(21)の壁に配置されかつ前記開口に挿入される外部コネクタとともに動作するように設計された端部(11‘)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記絶縁材料のブロック(15)は、ガラス・ブレード(24)によって分離されるいくつかの導体(11)を囲む2枚のガラス基板(22,23)を備え、前記アセンブリは、シーリング・ガラス(25)によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項1から8および11のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記コネクタ(11)は、前記ブロック(15)の開口の周辺に配置される接点領域(27)と接触する可撓性部分(26)によってその外部端部で終端し、かつ前記開口に挿入される外部コネクタに接続されるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。
