Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 内部変化を示す容積(volume)の内部構造を撮像するための装置であって、
前記容積の一連の投影画像を生成するように配置された、貫通する放射線のソースと、この放射線のための2次元検出器と、
前記一連の画像の選択された画像より、前記容積の3次元構造に関する情報を得るための再構成手段と、
前記再構成手段で使用するために、前記一連の画像から、類似したフェイズを有する画像を選択するための選択手段と、
を備え、
前記選択手段は、
前記一連の画像から得られた画像を、2次元から1次元に、前記1次元を横断する次元に沿って画素の輝度を合計することによって、折りたたみ、
さらなる画像を、前記一連の画像から得られた前記1次元画像の合成から生成し、
前記さらなる画像を、パターンについて分析し、
前記一連の画像から、前記パターンにおいて類似するフェイズを有する画像を選択するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ソースおよび検出器は、前記一連の投影画像が、前記容積を異なる向きで示すように、前記容積に対して回転可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に係る装置。
- 前記変化は、周期的である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記画像は、前記選択手段の動作の前に前処理される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、前記画像における輝度の範囲を狭めるためのフィルタを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、前記画像におけるエッジをハイライトするための導出フィルタを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記容積は、患者を含み、前記導出は、患者の頭尾軸の方向に行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、エッジを含む領域を選択するために前記画像に適用されるマスクを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記エッジマスクは、導出フィルタを介してフィルタをかける際に前記画像に適用されるしきい値から得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、前記容積内の物体の外にある前記画像の領域を除外するためのマスクを適用することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 複数の再構成が、複数のサブセットから得られ、前記複数のサブセットは、それぞれ、一連の画像のうちの、フェイズが相関する画像を含んでおり、各サブセットのフェイズの相関は、他のサブセットのフェイズの相関とは異なる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記さらなる画像における周期的なパターンについての前記分析は、前記1次元画像を比較し、この次元における特徴部分の動きを識別するステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 隣り合う画像が比較される、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記1次元画像は、前記画像の異なる相対的なシフトにおける、前記画像間の輝度の差を計算することにより比較される、ことを特徴とする請求項12または請求項13に記載の装置。
- rmsの差が比較される、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記さらなる画像は、周期的なパターンについての分析の前に、処理にかけられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、前記さらなる画像におけるエッジをハイライトするための導出フィルタを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記導出は、前記1次元を横断する方向に行われる、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記前処理は、前記さらなる画像における対象の領域の選択と、さらなる処理からの他の領域の除外と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項16乃至請求項18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記対象の領域は、もっとも高い導出を含む領域の分析によって選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記変化は、生体組織により示される自然な変化である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項20のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記変化は、呼吸により引き起こされる、ことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- スキャナの出力から、フェイズが相関する画像を選択する方法であって、前記スキャナにより生成された一連の複数の画像のそれぞれに対し、
前記画像を、2次元から1次元に、前記1次元を横断する次元に沿って画素の輝度を合計することによって、折りたたむステップと、
さらなる画像を、前記一連の画像から得られた前記1次元画像の合成から生成するステップと、
前記さらなる画像を、周期的なパターンについて分析するステップと、
前記一連の画像から、前記周期的なパターンにおいて類似するフェイズを有する画像を選択するステップと、を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スキャナは、円錐ビームCTスキャナである、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は、呼吸する患者のものである、ことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- スキャナの出力から、フェイズが相関する画像を選択するためのソフトウェアモジュールであって、前記スキャナにより生成された一連の複数の画像のそれぞれに対し、
前記画像を、2次元から1次元に、前記1次元を横断する次元に沿って画素の輝度を合計することによって、折りたたむステップと、
さらなる画像を、前記一連の画像から得られた前記1次元画像の合成から生成するステップと、
前記さらなる画像を、周期的なパターンについて分析するステップと、
前記一連の画像から、前記周期的なパターンにおいて類似するフェイズを有する画像を選択するステップと、を実行するように構成されている、ことを特徴とするソフトウェアモジュール。 - 前記スキャナは、円錐ビームCTスキャナである、ことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は、呼吸する患者のものである、ことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の方法。
- 添付の図面を参照して本明細書に述べられているような容積の内部構造を、実質的に撮像するための装置。
