Claims (6)
- コリオリの角速度計(1´)のゼロ点エラーの補正方法であって、
読み取り振動の周波数を変調し、
前記ゼロ点エラーの尺度となる補助信号を得るために、コリオリ角速度計(1´)の回転速度制御回路または直交制御回路の出力信号を前記読み取り振動の周波数の変調と同期して復調し、
補正信号を生成し、前記補正信号を前記回転速度制御回路または前記直交制御回路の入力に受け渡し、
前記補正信号を、前記補助信号の大きさができるだけ小さくなるように制御する、補正方法。 - 前記読み取り振動の周波数の変調は、中間値がゼロとなる(mittelwertfrei)変調であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補助信号はローパスフィルターにかけられ、前記補正信号はローパスフィルターにかけられた前記補助信号に基づいて生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記補正信号は、前記補助信号に基づいて生成された制御された信号に、前記励起振動の振幅を制御するための振幅制御器から生じた信号を乗算することにより生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記補助信号は前記直交制御回路の出力信号により決定され、前記補正信号は前記回転速度制御回路の入力に受け渡されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 読み取り振動の周波数を変調する変調ユニット(29)と、
ゼロ点エラーの尺度となる補助信号を得るために、コリオリ角速度計(1´)の回転速度制御回路または直交制御回路の出力信号を、読み取り振動の周波数の変調と同期して復調する復調ユニット(26)と、
補正信号を生成し、前記補正信号を前記回転速度制御回路または前記直交制御回路の入力に受け渡し、前記補正信号を前記補助信号の大きさができるだけ小さくなるように制御する制御ユニット(28)と、を備えたコリオリの角速度計(1´)におけるゼロ点エラーを決定するための装置により特徴付けられるコリオリの角速度計(1´)。
