Abstract
Description
得られた石膏板は図1及び2に概略的に示されている。板は硬化した石膏芯12と該石膏芯を部分的に貫通することにより該石膏芯と接着される第一の繊維状表面仕上げシート14と第二の繊維状表面仕上げシート16とを備える。通常、芯は空隙(個々のドットにて図示されている)を備え、該空隙は、板の製造時に、密度を低減するために、石膏スラリーに加えたれた泡の結果として分配されている。
放射線硬化可能な処方物中における使用に適したエチレン性不飽和エポキシ樹脂誘導体は、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸及び桂皮酸のようなエチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸とエポキシ基含有化合物又はオリゴマーとの反応生成物を特に包含する。モノカルボン酸に代えて、又はモノカルボン酸と共に、エチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸と、メタノール、エタノール、n−プロパノール、イソプロパノール、n−ブタノール、tert−ブタノール、n−ヘキサノール及び2−エチルヘキサノールのようなモノアルコール類とのモノエステルを使用することも可能である。適切なエポキシ基含有基質は、多価アルコールのポリグリシジルエーテルを特に包含する。これらは、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル及びその誘導体、さらにはビスフェノールAとビスフェノールAのジグリジジルエーテルとを反応させることにより得られるビスフェノールAのオリゴマーのジグリシジルエーテル、そして更には、ノボラック(novolacs)のポリグリシジルエーテルを含む。考慮中であるエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸とグリシジルエーテルとの反応生成物は、第一級又は第二級アミンにて修飾され得る。さらに、エポキシ樹脂中のヒドロキシル基と、例えば酸クロライドのようなエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸の適切な誘導体と、の反応により、更なるエチレン性不飽和基を該エポキシ樹脂中に導入することが可能である。エチレン性不飽和エポキシ樹脂は当業者に周知であるとともに市販されている。
ヒドロキシルのような反応性に富む水素を有する適切な化合物は、ポリエステルの調製に関連付けて記載された低分子量のジオール及びポリオール並びに、ポリエステルジオールのようなポリエステルポリオールである。ポリエステルポリオールの例は、上述の二塩基性又は多塩基性、好ましくは二塩基性カルボン酸と、好ましくは二価アルコール及び所望に応じて更には三価アルコールである多価アルコールとからの反応生成物である。適切な出発成分の例は、上述の多塩基カルボン酸と多価アルコールである。ポリエステルジオールはまた、上述の低分子量のジオールに基づく出発物質の存在下にてラクトンのオリゴマー化により得られる、β−プロピオラクトン、γ−ブチロラクトン及びε−カプロラクトンのようなラクトンのオリゴマーであり得る。上述のポリエステルジオール又はポリエステルポリオールは通常、500乃至5000の範囲、好ましくは750乃至3000の範囲の平均分子量を有する。
本発明に従って使用するのに適したほとんどの放射線硬化可能な処方物は、1乃至5重量%の量にて光開始剤又は熱開始剤を、20乃至99重量%の量にてウレタン、エポキシ、ポリエステル又はアクリレートのようなエチレン性不飽和ポリマーを、0乃至60重量%の量にて多官能アクリレートを、5乃至10重量%の量にて他の添加物を含むことができる。無論、光開始剤と熱開始剤とを組み合わせて使用することもできる。そのような場合、例えば、光開始剤の活性により、処方物中に発生する熱が熱開始剤の活性化を引き起こすことがある。
Claims (13)
- 石膏パネルであって、
平坦な第一の面と平坦な第二の面とを有する石膏芯と、
前記第一の面に少なくとも接着される繊維状表面仕上げ材料と、
前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料上に放射線硬化可能な処方物の放射線硬化されたコーティングと、
を備える石膏パネル。 - 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は多数の層からなる紙製表面仕上げ材料である請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は鉱物性繊維の不織マットである請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は単層ガラス繊維マットの表面仕上げ材料である請求項3に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は、織られた合成繊維マット、又は不織性の合成繊維マットである請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は、鉱物性繊維と合成繊維との混合物である請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記繊維状表面仕上げ材料は充填材と結合剤との水性混合物の乾燥コーティングを有する請求項3、4、5又は6に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記石膏芯は、該芯の耐水性を改善するのに十分な量の耐水性付加物を含む請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記耐水性付加物はロウ乳化剤、有機ポリシロキサン及びシリコネートのうちの少なくとも一つからなる請求項7又は8に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記石膏芯は、デンプンを本質的に含んでいない請求項9に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記放射線硬化されたコーティングに接着される骨材材料を有する請求項1に記載の石膏パネル。
- 前記骨材材料はセラミックマイクロスフェア、ガラスマイクロスフェア、炭酸カルシウム、砂、酸化アルミニウム、粉砕された石、ガラス繊維、石膏及びパーライトから選択される請求項7又は8に記載の石膏パネル。
- 請求項1に記載の石膏パネルにおいて、
前記石膏芯は、ロウ乳化剤、有機ポリシロキサン及びシリコネートのうちの少なくとも一つを、該芯の耐水特性を改善するのに十分な量にて含み、
前記石膏芯はデンプンを本質的に含んでおらず、かつ
前記繊維状マット表面仕上げ材料はガラス繊維からなる石膏パネル。
