Abstract
Description
好ましくは、カップリングは、第1及び第2の要素から成り、解放部材は、第1及び第2の要素を外して注射器を解放するよう慣性質量によって動くことができる。
Claims (25)
- 注射器械であって、
放出ノズルを備えたシリンジを受け入れるようになったハウジングを有し、ハウジングは、注射器を放出ノズルがハウジングから延びる伸長位置から放出ノズルがハウジング内に収められる引っ込み位置に付勢する手段を有し、
注射器をその引っ込み位置からその伸長位置に前進させ、注射器の内容物をその放出ノズルから放出する1以上の力を注射器の1以上の構成部品に及ぼすアクチュエータを有し、
注射器の前記構成部品のうち1以上が1以上の名目上の解放位置まで送り進められると作動し、注射器をアクチュエータの作用から解放し、次いで付勢手段が注射器をその引っ込み位置に戻すようにするようになった解放機構を有し、注射器の解放は、前記作動後に遅延され、それにより放出力を前記作動の直前の実質的にその大きさで引き続き及ぼして注射器が解放される前に残っている注射器の内容物を放出することができるようになっていることを特徴とする注入器械。 - アクチュエータは、運動を発生させる手段と、運動発生手段によって押され、そして注射器の前記1以上の構成部品を押し、かくして前記1以上の前進及び放出力を及ぼすカップリングとから成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の注入器械。
- 運動発生手段がカップリングを押す箇所とカップリングが注射器の前記1以上の構成部品を押す箇所との間の距離は、実質的に不変であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の注入器械。
- 注入器械であって、
放出ノズルを備えたシリンジを受け入れるようになったハウジングを有し、ハウジングは、注射器を放出ノズルがハウジングから延びる伸長位置から放出ノズルがハウジング内に収められる引っ込み位置に付勢する手段を有し、
運動を発生させる手段及び運動発生手段によって押され、そして注射器の1以上の構成部品を押して注射器をその引っ込み位置からその伸長位置に前進させると共にその内容物を放出ノズルから放出させるカップリングを有し、運動発生手段がカップリングを押す箇所とカップリングが注射器の前記1以上の構成部品を押す箇所との間の距離は、実質的に不変であり、
注射器の前記構成部品のうち1以上が1以上の名目上の解放位置に送り進められると作動して注射器をカップリングから解放し、次いで付勢手段が注射器をその引っ込み位置に戻すようにする解放機構を有し、注射器の解放は、前記作動後遅延され、それにより残っている注射器の内容物を注射器の解放前にカップリングによって放出できるようになっていることを特徴とする注入器械。 - カップリングは、実質的に非圧縮性であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の注入器械。
- 運動発生手段は、弾性要素であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 付勢手段は、弾性部材から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 解放機構は、カップリングがハウジングに対し所定の位置に到達することにより作動されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 解放機構は、注射器を解放する弾性的に付勢される解放部材と、解放部材を保持するトリガ部材と、解放部材の運動を減衰させる手段とを有し、前記機構を作動させると、トリガ部材が解放部材を解放し、解放部材がその弾性付勢力の作用下で且つ減衰手段の抵抗に抗して動いて注射器を解放することを特徴とする請求項8記載の注入器械。
- 減衰手段は、解放部材の運動を減衰させる流体を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の注入器械。
- 減衰流体は、液体であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の注入器械。
- 解放部材は、カラーを含むことを特徴とする請求項9〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 減衰手段は、カラーとハウジングとの間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項12記載の注入器械。
- トリガ部材は、カップリングによって、解放部材の運動を妨げる位置から解放部材の運動を可能にする位置まで動くことができることを特徴とする請求項9〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- カップリングは、第1及び第2の要素から成り、解放機構は、第1及び第2の要素を外して注射器を解放するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 第1の要素は、中央ボアを画定する環状壁を有し、第2の要素は、環状壁に係合し、内方に撓んで環状壁から外れ、そして第2の要素がボア内で第1の要素に対して動くことができるようにする弾性アームを有することを特徴とする請求項15記載の注入器械。
- 解放機構は、カップリングと一緒に動くことができる慣性質量及び慣性質量により作動されて注射器を解放する解放部材を有し、カップリングがハウジングに対し前記所定の位置に達すると、慣性質量がカップリングの運動とは無関係に引き続き動いて解放部材を作動させて注射器を解放するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の注入器械。
- 慣性質量は、注射器の放出中、カップリングの運動方向における慣性質量の相対運動を可能にするようカップリングに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項17記載の注入器械。
- 慣性質量は、ねじ部によりカップリングに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項18記載の注入器械。
- 慣性質量に係合して注射器の放出中、カップリングの運動方向と逆の方向における慣性質量の相対運動を阻止するストップを更に有することを特徴とする請求項18又は19記載の注入器械。
- ストップは、カップリングに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項20記載の注入器械。
- カップリングは、第1及び第2の要素から成り、解放部材は、第1及び第2の要素を外して注射器を解放するよう慣性質量によって動くことができることを特徴とする請求項17〜21のうちいずれか一に記載の注入器械。
- 解放部材は、慣性質量と一体であり、第1の要素と第2の要素を互いに連結し、慣性質量とカップリングの相対運動が第1の要素と第2の要素を互いに分離して注射器を解放するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項22記載の注入器械。
- 第1及び第2の要素は、同軸ねじ部を備え、解放部材は、第1及び第2の結合要素を互いに連結するよう対応関係にあるねじ部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項23記載の注入器械。
- 添付の図面の図2〜図7、図8〜図10又は図11を参照して本明細書において実質的に説明すると共に(或いは)これらに実質的に図示された注入器械。
