Abstract

Claims (5)
- 一重壁のセルの高分子マトリクスであって、
複数の壁セグメントを含む周囲を取り囲む壁と、繰り返しの連続した角柱を形成するための第2のタイプの角柱と、交互の少なくとも一つの第1のタイプの角柱とを有する端部が開放された中空の角柱の第1の並びであって該並びにおける各角柱が直接に隣接した角柱と共通の囲い壁セグメントを共有する、第1の並びと、
繰り返しの連続した角柱を形成するための第2のタイプの角柱と交互の少なくとも一つの第1のタイプの角柱を有する端部が開放された中空の角柱の第2の並びであって前記マトリクスが膨張状態にあるときに他の並びと重なり合わない第2の並びとを含む、高分子マトリクス。 - 前記マトリクスは整合している、請求項1に記載のマトリクス。
- 前記マトリクスは非整合である、請求項1に記載のマトリクス。
- a)高分子材料の第1の曲がりくねったストリップを高分子材料の第1の全体に真っ直ぐストリップに選択的に接合することであって、これにより第1の複数の端部が開放された中空の角柱を形成し、各角柱が複数のセグメントと、内面及び外面とを有する取り囲み壁を含み、また前記第1の曲がりくねったストリップが各角柱の第1の取り囲み壁セグメントと第2の取り囲み壁とを含み、前記第1の全体に真っ直ぐなストリップが各角柱の第3の取り囲み壁セグメントを規定する、第1の曲がりくねったストリップに第1の真っ直ぐなストリップを選択的に接合すること、
b)高分子材料の第2の全体に真っ直ぐなストリップを各角柱の前記第3の取り囲み壁と全体に反対側にある前記取り囲み壁の一部に接合すること、
c)高分子材料の第2の曲がりくねったストリップを高分子材料の第2の全体に真っ直ぐなストリップに選択的に接合することであって、これにより第2の複数の端部が開放された中空の角柱を形成し、前記第2の曲がりくねったストリップが各角柱の第1の取り囲み壁セグメントと第2の取り囲み壁セグメントを規定し、また前記第2の全体に真っ直ぐなストリップが各角柱の第3の取り囲みセグメントを規定し、追加の端部が開放された中空のプリズムが、所望数の角柱が生じるまで前記追加のストリップにb)及びc)を繰り返すことにより形成される、第2の曲がりくねったストリップを第2の真っ直ぐなストリップに選択的に接合することを含む、一重壁のセルマトリクスを形成方法。 - a)長径及び短径と、第1の側部及び第2の側部とを有する高分子材料の第1のストリップを準備すること、
b)長径及び短径と、第1の側部及び第2の側部とを有する高分子材料の第2のストリップを準備すること、
c)前記2つのストリップの少なくとも一部間に隣接した及び同一の広がりをもつ関係を作ること、
d)前記第1のストリップを前記第2のストリップを第1の個所で接合すること、
e)前記第1の個所から長径に沿って3nユニットである連続した個所で前記第1のストリップを前記第2のストリップを接合すること、
f)直前の接合個所から前記長径に沿って3nユニットである連続した個所で前記第1のストリップを前記第2のストリップを接合すること、
g)長径及び短径と、第1の側部及び第2の側部とを有する高分子材料の第3のストリップを準備すること、
h)前記第2のストリップと前記第1のストリップとの少なくとも一部間に隣接した及び同一の広がりをもつ関係を作ること、
i)前記第1のストリップと前記第2のストリップとの間の第1の接合個所から前記長径に沿って2nユニットである前記第1の個所で前記第3のストリップを前記第2のストリップを接合すること、
j)直前の接合個所から前記主要な軸に沿って3nユニットである連続した個所で前記第2のストリップを前記第3のストリップを接合すること、及び
k)g)及びj)を所望数だけ繰り返すことを含む、一重壁のセルマトリクスを形成方法。
