Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の対象は、銀などの少なくとも1種の貴金属を含有する水銀アマルガムの存在下にアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を酸化させることによりモノリシック水和アルミナを調製する方法である。この水和アルミナは特に、非晶質または結晶アルミナもしくはアルミン酸塩を調製する方法で基礎生成物として役立ち、これら自体も、酸化物、金属、炭素生成物および/またはポリマーをベースとする複合材料を調製する方法のための基礎生成物として役立つ。前記の方法により得られた前記の生成物の用途は、触媒、断熱材および遮音材、磁気、廃棄物貯蔵および放射性元素変換ターゲットの調製などの多くの分野にある。
Description
a)アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から製造された部材表面を研磨するステップ;
b)少なくとも1種の貴金属を含有する水銀アマルガムで、前記の表面を被覆するステップ;
c)b)で得られた前記の被覆された表面を、湿潤な酸化雰囲気に暴露するステップ
を含む。
d)アルミナを、アルミナに導入すべき1種または複数の金属元素を含有する少なくとも1種の化合物に含浸させて、アルミン酸塩を生じさせるが、その際、前記のアルミナは、前記の方法のいずれか1つの方法により製造されているステップ;および
e)加熱することにより、d)で導入された化合物を分解し、続いて、加熱によりアルミン酸塩を生じさせるステップ
を連続して含む。
f)アルミナおよび/またはアルミン酸塩を、他の化合物および/または1種または複数の元素の少なくとも1種の前駆体に含浸するステップ;および
g)1種または複数の前記の化合物および/または1種または複数の元素を生じさせるが、その際、1種または複数の化合物および/または1種または複数の元素は、このステップの後に、前記のアルミナおよび/または前記のアルミン酸塩と共に前記の複合材料を形成するステップ
を連続して含む。
この実施例では、水和モノリシックアルミナの調製を詳述する。
さらにこの実施例では、別の実施形態による水和モノリシックアルミナの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、別の実施形態による水和モノリシックアルミナの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、無水非晶質アルミナのナノ寸法モノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、γ−アルミナモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、θ−アルミナモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、α−アルミナモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、安定化γ−アルミナまたはθ−アルミナモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、アルミン酸塩、例えばムライトのモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、アルミン酸塩モノリス、例えば、スピネル構造を有するアルミン酸マグネシウムのモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、例えば、イットリウム−安定化酸化ジルコンなどのセラミック化合物とのアルミナまたはアルミン酸塩複合材料のモノリスの調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、金属、例えばニッケルを備えたアルミナまたはアルミン酸塩(場合によってその他の酸化物を含有する)からなる複合材料の調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、ポリスチレンなどのポリマーを備えたアルミナまたはアルミン酸塩(他の酸化物および/または金属を場合によって含有する)からなる複合材料の調製を詳述する。
この実施例では、炭素生成物、例えば、カーボンナノチューブを備えたアルミナまたはアルミン酸塩(他の酸化物および/または金属を場合によって含有する)からなる複合材料の調製を詳述する。
Claims (40)
- モノリシック水和アルミナを調製する方法において、前記の方法が、連続する次のステップ:
a)アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から製造された部材表面を研磨するステップ;
b)少なくとも1種の貴金属を含有する水銀アマルガムで、前記の表面を被覆するステップ;
c)b)で得られた前記の被覆された表面を、湿潤な酸化雰囲気に暴露するステップ
を含む、調製法。 - 前記の表面を冷却するステップをさらに含み、その際、前記のステップを、暴露ステップc)と同時に実施する、請求項1に記載の調製法。
- b)で得られた表面に直接接続されている熱抽出系により、前記の冷却ステップを実施する、請求項2に記載の調製法。
- アマルガムで被覆された表面を再生する少なくとも1つのステップをさらに含み、その際、前記の再生ステップは、前に堆積したアマルガムを除去し、次いで、請求項1で定義されているようにアマルガムを再堆積させ、再び、新たに被覆された表面を湿潤な酸化雰囲気に暴露するステップからなる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記のアルミニウム表面が、99.99から99.999重量%のアルミニウム含分を有する表面であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記のアマルガムに含まれる前記の貴金属は、銀、金、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウムおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記の貴金属は、銀である、請求項6に記載の調製法。
- 前記の水銀アマルガムは、1から43at%の範囲の銀含分、好ましくは実質的に40at%に等しい銀含分を有する、請求項7に記載の調製法。
- 被覆される表面に、液体形態のアマルガムを直接堆積させることにより、前記の被覆ステップb)を実施する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記の表面に、水銀塩および少なくとも1種の貴金属塩を直接堆積させて、前記のアマルガムを前記の表面で直接生じさせることにより、前記の被覆ステップを実施する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記の酸化雰囲気は空気である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記の湿潤な酸化雰囲気は、20%から99.99%の範囲の相対湿度を有するような雰囲気である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 前記の暴露ステップc)を実質的に周囲温度で実施する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により調製された前記の水和アルミナを適切な温度まで加熱するステップを含む、モノリシック非晶質無水アルミナの調製法。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により調製された前記の水和アルミナを適切な温度まで加熱するステップを含む、δ、γ、θ、κ、κ’またはα形で結晶化しているモノリシックアルミナの調製法。
- 前記のアルミナが、γまたはθ形である場合には、前記の加熱ステップの前に、実質的に周囲温度で、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により調製された前記の水和アルミナを少なくとも1種の酸化物前駆体の蒸気に暴露するステップを含む、請求項15に記載の調製法。
- 前記の、または少なくとも1種の酸化物前駆体は、シリカ前駆体である、請求項16に記載の調製法。
- 前記の、または少なくとも1種の酸化物前駆体は、テトラエトキシシランおよびトリメチルエトキシシランからなる群から選択される、請求項17に記載の調製法。
- 前記のアルミナが、δ、γ、θ、κ、κ’またはα形である場合には、前記の加熱ステップの前に、実質的に周囲温度で、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により調製された前記の水和アルミナを酸または塩基の蒸気に暴露するステップをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の調製法。
- 前記の酸蒸気は、塩酸蒸気である、請求項19に記載の調製法。
- 前記の塩基蒸気は、アンモニア蒸気である、請求項19に記載の調製法。
- モノリシックアルミン酸塩を調製する方法において、
d)アルミナを、前記のアルミナに導入すべき1種または複数の金属元素を含有する少なくとも1種の化合物に含浸させて、アルミン酸塩を生じさせるが、その際、前記のアルミナは、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されているステップ;および
e)加熱することにより、d)で導入された前記の化合物を分解し、続いて、加熱によりアルミン酸塩を生じさせるステップ
を連続して含む、調製法。 - 導入すべき1種または複数の金属元素を含有する前記の化合物は、テトラエトキシシランである、請求項22に記載の調製法。
- 導入されるべき1種または複数の金属元素を含有する前記の化合物は、硝酸または塩化マグネシウム、チタン、鉄、コバルト、銅、ニッケル、イットリウム、アクチニドおよびランタニドならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される金属塩である、請求項22に記載の調製法。
- 空気中で、実質的に500℃に等しい温度に加熱することにより、選択された化合物を分解する前記のステップを実施する、請求項22から24までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- 空気中で、700から1400℃の範囲の温度に加熱することにより、前記のアルミン酸塩を生じさせるステップを実施する、請求項22から25までのいずれか1項に記載の調製法。
- アルミナおよび/またはアルミン酸塩および少なくとも1種の他の化合物および/または元素を含有する複合材料を調製する方法において、前記のアルミナは、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により得、前記のアルミン酸塩は、請求項22から26までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により得、前記の方法は、次のステップ:
f)前記のアルミナおよび/または前記のアルミン酸塩を、1種または複数の前記の他の化合物および/または1種または複数の元素の少なくとも1種の前駆体に含浸させるステップ;および
g)1種または複数の前記の化合物および/または1種または複数の前記の元素を生じさせるが、その際、1種または複数の前記の化合物および/または1種または複数の前記の元素は、このステップの後に、前記のアルミナおよび/または前記のアルミン酸塩と共に前記の複合材料を形成するステップ
を連続して含む、方法。 - 前記の他の化合物は、セラミック、金属、ポリマーおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項27に記載の調製法。
- 前記の元素は炭素である、請求項27に記載の調製法。
- 前記の元素炭素は、グラファイト、熱分解炭素、ガラス炭素およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項29に記載の調製法。
- 前記の他の化合物が、セラミックである場合、この化合物の前駆体は、メタタングステン酸ナトリウム、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム、オキシ塩化ジルコニウム、ならびに硝酸カルシウム、イットリウム、アクチニド、ランタニド、マグネシウム、銅、鉄、コバルトおよびニッケル、ならびにチタニルシュウ酸ジアンモニウム、塩化チタンおよびバリウムならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される金属塩である、請求項28に記載の調製法。
- 前記のセラミックを生じさせる前記のステップを、空気中で、前記の前駆体を400℃から800℃の温度に加熱することにより行う、請求項28または31に記載の調製法。
- 前記の他の化合物が金属である場合、この化合物の前記の前駆体は、硝酸鉄、コバルト、銅、ニッケル、鉛、スズ、亜鉛、タングステンおよびモリブデン、ならびにメタタングステン酸ナトリウム、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム、貴金属(銀、金、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム)の塩ならびにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される金属塩である、請求項28に記載の調製法。
- 前記の金属を生じさせるための前記のステップは、空気中で、このステップの後に金属酸化物が得られる実質的に500℃に等しい温度で、または800から1200℃の温度で実施される1種または複数の金属塩を分解するステップ、それに続く、前記の金属酸化物を加熱することにより、前記の金属を得る還元ステップを含む、請求項33に記載の調製法。
- 適切な温度、好ましくは500から1200℃の範囲の温度で、水素および一酸化炭素からなる群から選択される還元剤の作用により、前記の還元ステップを実施する、請求項34に記載の調製法。
- 前記の他の化合物がポリマーである場合、この化合物の前駆体は、モノマーまたはモノマー混合物である、請求項28に記載の調製法。
- 前記のモノマーが、スチレン、アニリン、イソプレン、エチレン、塩化ビニル、ブタジエンおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項36に記載の調製法。
- 前記のポリマーを生じさせるステップは、重合ステップからなる、請求項36または37に記載の調製法。
- 前記の元素が炭素である場合、この元素の前駆体は、炭化水素である、請求項29または30に記載の調製法。
- 前記の炭素を生じさせるステップは、熱分解ステップからなる、請求項39に記載の調製法。
