Claims (5)
- シールド線の導電線心線、特に複数の導電線心線を有する平帯シールド線のデータ送信心線、の接触子ねじであって、前記接触子ねじは、その軸線に沿って電気コネクター装置内にねじ込み案内されるべく設けられると共に、ねじ山を形成されたねじ部を有する軸と接触端部を備えてなり、かつ、前記接触端部は、導電線絶縁材及びシールド材を貫通するべく設けられると共に、絶縁材を被覆された部分を備えてなるものにおいて、前記接触端部の絶縁材を被覆された部分の外面に、前記軸のねじ部のねじ山ピッチよりも大きいねじ山ピッチを有するねじ部が設けられてなることを特徴とする接触子ねじ。
- 前記接触端部はそのねじ部の先端に向って頂部を有する円錐形状に形成され、かつ、前記接触端部における絶縁材の被覆は前記円錐形状に合致する円錐形状に作られた殻として形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接触子ねじ。
- 前記接触端部におけるねじ部のねじは、多条ねじ、好ましくは二条ねじ、でなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の接触子ねじ。
- 前記接触端部におけるねじ部のねじ山ピッチは、前記軸におけるねじ部のねじ山ピッチの2倍を超えないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の接触子ねじ。
- 前記接触端部の先端部はきのこ形状に形成され、かつ、前記接触端部における絶縁材の被覆、例えば円錐形状の殻、は、前記接触端部のねじ込み方向に関して前記きのこ形状の先端部の後方に位置してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の接触子ねじ。
